We were there for a band trip. First time cruising. From the start to the finish we had a great time. The staff was amazing. Our waiter Santos saw to our every need and want and Bobbie was always there on top of everything before you could ask. Rooms were old but they were adequate for what time we spent in them. Activities and shows were topnotched. Could not stop laughing! Looking forward to cruising again!!!

Malfunctioning toilets that overflowed or would not flush and air conditioning that barely worked made the cabin most uncomfortable. I had to put clothes on and run up to the 4th floor to use the bathroom at 5am!! The food is still mediocre even with a new chef. The ship is very worn and tired looking. The crew is alway amazingly friendly and helpful. The entertainment was geared toward an older sedentary group. The dance music and singing groups in the Centrum and the Spotlight lounge were very nice. the ship really needs a complete makeover soon.

It was awesomest & most wonderful vacations on Enchantment of the seas with Royal Carrebean. It had wonderful programs throughout and never disappointed with its offerings for various different types (dance, music, shows, moview, casino, food, spa, pool and what not). My 4 year old loved the Adventure ocean program and never wanted to come back. The day care staff is amazing, friendly and love the kids genuinely. My wife loved dressing up and getting her photoshots done with professional photographers. They even offered Indian vegeterian food (atleast 1 meal) everyday. I wish they had better iternary and had lesser stay in port canavarel and more stay in bahamas and key west. Coco-cay island is amazing.

The ship was full of old people and the activities were geared around them, Bingo twice a day and the entertainment was boring. The only night that was good was the adult comedian that was the second to last night. The dinner seating was a joke. 8pm is way too late to eat. I don''t understand why they don't do the first come first serve seating like they do at breakfast and lunch in the main dining room. That gives you a chance to meet more people instead of the same boring people like we were stuck with. We only went to dinner 3 times because one of the couples at our table was so boring.

dining in the casual buffet type restaurant wasn't great. eggs overcooked, no variety at breakfast, some of the service staff, standing around,Several times I was in lounges when bar service was available and was never approached, to ask if I wanted a beverage. I would have ordered one , but I was not going to go to the bar to get it when the bar service was just standing around.

We had mechanical problems with the ship- a motor- Royal Carribbean handled it as best they could and provided a full refund for missing 2 ports

The ship is old and looks very worn, and frankly is not up to typical RCCL standards...however the great staff and service that RCCL provides definitely makes a trip on this ship worthwhile..The ease of getting in and out of the Baltimore port is great, but I can see why it cannot accommodate larger, newer ships (as they need to pass under bridges is the bay).

My husband and I chose to celebrate our 50th anniversary by taking this cruise we made an excellent choice.we were pampered and catered to and loved every aspect of our cruise.The ship was great crew was wonderful thank you Royal Carribbean for a memoral cruise

The ship was not operating at 100% when it left port a day late. This ship should never have been allowed to leave the port. We were told by the captain that everyone would receive a 100% refund. I have yet been able to find out when to expect our refund.

This is my 4th cruise aboard the Enchantment of the Seas even though I thought it was lacking any real excitement I will travel on it again because of the convenience of the ship location. Love all the ports except San Juan, have been there often and port fees are high and we do not stay there long enough to do any thing. I am a long time cruiser and did not enjoy much of the entertainment. I feel Royal Caribbean puts all their effort into larger ships and since this ship mostly attracts an older passenger it doesn't put their best foot forward. Activities are so old and lack luster they can barely get any one to participate, If you are paid to be a activities director you should create some new activities not continue to reuse 20 year old activities. Ship really needs work done on septic system. Also I felt like the entertainers were on vacation with the rest of us and should have been working on newer acts.

My first trip with Royal Caribbean was 4 years ago on a sister ship to the Enchantment. From the moment we boarded until we departed from the ship. crew members were especially attentive to my companion who has severe problems with his legs. Many crew members offered assistance whenever it appeared that he needed a little help. That was wonderful. Our cabin attendant was always cheery and attentive to our needs. We were so pleased that we booked an October cruise to Bermuda from Baltimore on the Enchantment. Theodora of the Crown and Anchor staff arranged the October cruise and was able to assign a cabin to our satisfaction. Counting the days until we sail again. Patricia A. Scott

All the staff/crewmembers were friendly and helpful. Room was much smaller than the picture in brochure.

the cruise was nice. lots to eat at almost any time. the capt was very nice and the servers and room attendant were especially nice and friendly. i enjoyed most of the entertainment. some of the adult content was offensive to me. i did not like that out of 6 hot tubs, only 1 or 2 was open at any given time. i also did not appreciate that every little thing you had to buy. we got a special of the day drink and was told the souvenier glasses were all gone but the next day they were given out. the ships prices were very expensive, the waters were pretty rough the entire cruise.

The overall impressions were good, clean, well layed out. I was able to find my way around pretty easily. This is the second time on this ship. I loved having a balony. The downsize was early seating. We were confirmed for 6:00 and was moved to 8:30 without being notified. We were linked with other family members who had requested the 8:30 seating which is way to late for us. This was straightened out by Tuesday, 1/17 but we really had to raise a stink about it before we were given the 6:00 seating for 2.

This was our third cruise and first on Royal Carribean. We felt that this was the best of the three. Our head waiter was fun, lively and the best entertainer. The food in the dining room was a bit more than average. The stateroom service was second to none. We enjoyed leaving from Baltimore - no hotel, no airfare- excellent. We had 12 beautiful days of sunshine.

The maitre was insulting and arigent The ship store sold me a camera which was broken i had to make three back to the store before they would replace it ,I had tho threaten to cansel my credit card before they would make it right

The crew and all the entertainment was the best. They couldn't have done enough to make your stay more enjoyable. I would diffently reccommend this cruise ship to everyone. Ready to make future plans for future cruises.
