Ship: Enchantment of the Seas
Cabin Type: Suite
Traveled As: Couple

The ship was not operating at 100% when it left port a day late. This ship should never have been allowed to leave the port. We were told by the captain that everyone would receive a 100% refund. I have yet been able to find out when to expect our refund.

Food and Dining

Waiting in line to receive bad service in the dining room is not for us. We ate most meals in the Windjammer - the staff was much nicer Chops restaurant is above standards.
