Nightmare on Disenchantment of the Seas

Sail Date: February 18, 2012

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

The ship was not operating at 100% when it left port a day late. This ship should never have been allowed to leave the port. We were told by the captain that everyone would receive a 100% refund. I have yet been able to find out when to expect our refund.

Pros: Chops Restaurant and Anthony Alexis

Cons: Everything else

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.

Service and Staff
Except for our Suite attendant, Anthony Alexis, he was wonderful
Food and Dining
Waiting in line to receive bad service in the dining room is not for us. We ate most meals in the Windjammer - the staff was much nicer Chops restaurant is above standards.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
