We as nearly 80 enjoyed the cruise and relaxation. Food was wonderful

My friend and I take a birthday trip every year for the last 40 years. This was our first cruise. It was perfect because the price was right and everything was equal (nobody had to settle for the smaller bedroom, etc). It is great to have everything paid for in advance. Also we are totally different eaters and we could both get what we wanted and still be in the same place. It was a successful birthday outing!

This was my first ever cruise. Very nice ship to relax and take a quick trip. The service and staff went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyed to the fullest.

This vacay was all about about old friends spending time together, and the cruise gave us an easy way to do that!

It was a great experience. More on the older side than carnival but still very fun!

It was a good first time cruise for my son. This was A Birthday present. I have sailed Royal Caribbean two other times and wanted him to experience. When we docked in Cozumel and was next to the Sympathy of the Seas, the Enchantment looked like a match box car (Lol). Overall, nice time; however, I think it is time for this ship to be renovated.

Loved being able to use the app. While at sea we enjoyed the comedy shows and a few of the trivia's, aside from the pools, eating and movies. Not once were we bored!

Loved the cruise! Definitely will cruise with RC only on a bigger ship next time!

The only upside of this cruise was the staff. We very much like Marwi, JoeNell and Lenin. The activities were cheap and boring. We could not visit the bar areas or the casino because of the cigarette smoke. We signed up for a cupcake decorating class but it was in the middle of the centrum and obviously meant for children. It was a mess and we did not participate. The food was only adequate- the juices were watered down and the ice cream machine had liquid ice cream. I have been on carnival cruises before and had been told they royal Caribbean was vastly better, not true.

Overall, because I was with family and friends, I enjoyed myself with them.

Everything about this cruise was great. Was a little leery when we first saw our room b/c of the age of the cabin but was completely happy when we explored the rest of the ship. The main dining room experience was fantastic from the food to the wait staff.

Rushed us out of our state room. Only to wait in line over an hour. was not allowed to leave because of some kind a problem with their app. Everything showed OK On the bill they delivered to my state room. Had to wait another 40 minutes for them to figure out what they screwed up. Had two credit cards on file with over $60,000 of limit. They couldn’t figure out how to charge $60. After they had already processed over $1000 of charges. What a way to finish a vacation with over two hours of incompetence.

Quiet, calm, relaxing cruise. Just like I hoped it would be. Service was excellent all over the ship.

Great first cruise experience overall. Definitely looking forward to another one in the future!

My husband and I were cruising with my daughter and son in law. We had an amazing experience on the Enchantment of the Sea.

I liked having very few kids on board. The ship itself is rusty and needs TLC. The staff couldn’t have been better. Food was excellent.

This cruise was nice but I don't think we'll go on Enchantment again, but I have no complaints.

We have Cruised often, and a lot with RC (will be Diamond in 2020, and have already booked another 7-Day Grand Suite for June back on Liberty again. This trip was a kind of impulsive decision, having sailed in a grand Suite aboard Harmony just this past June. We were apprehensive that the little, old, Enchantment would be disappointing after the marvelous Harmony, but were amazed that this cruise was as good, if not better, than that one this past June. As always, RC came through with an amazing time for us.

HAD GOOD TIME FAMILY WITH DELICIOUS FOODS. WE LOVED THE CRUISE AND STAFFS AND THEY WORKED HARD TO CLEAN THE CRUISE AND OUR ROOM
