No children. Few on board. That is another reason we chose this ship and date.

Very good staff. Well trained. Team approach to service never waited for anything. All request were properly responded to.

Enchantment shows it's age on the exterior but the interior is fresh and clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our stateroom attendant, Melky, took excellent care of us and the cabin. He was friendly and attentive.

Ship tip

Eat in the main dining room the food and service are excellent, better than most of the fleet.

Disembarkation

Royal Caribbean did a very poor job. We had #4 tags and were an hour late leaving. When we got to luggage claim and customs they were empty they held us on the ship when we could have qued in the terminal. Worst disembarkation ever in 27 cruises.
