It is a wonderful ship and it deserves a Wow. The staff was very friendly, and the the varieties of activities were great. I give a 5* to Enchantment.

I found the ship to be exceptionally clean, well maintained as we witnessed continuous maintainance at every opportunity. The staff was courteous and seemed to completely enjoy what they were doing. The food , portion sizes, presentation and service were outstanding. The activities, shows and on board competitions were hilarious

We sailed on the Enchantment for the first time for a wedding! EVERYTHING was absolutely fantastic. The wedding planners were great and made for a very special day! We also celebrated a birthday and anniversary all in the same time. The dining staff made every dinner special. The shows are fantastic and a great time! Thanks and hope to cruise again with you.

Within the first hour of being on board, we were ready to plan another trip! The ship was just beautiful and much larger than we could have imagined! The pool area offered a wide-variety of seating choices--lounge chairs/tables & chairs in both the shade and the sun, as well as several lovely pools to cool off in.

The ship was beautiful. There were three pools to choose from with three separate jacuzzi's. There was even an adult pool that we chose to spend most of at sea time at. The casino was large and there were many slots, and table games to choose from each night. There was never a long wait. The Windjammer had so many food choices each day. The room was so large and comfortable. There was so many activities to choose from for both children and adults. We have two teenagers and they had so much fun with all of the teen activities from savenger hunts, to dances, swimming, the arcade, etc... that we hardly ever saw them. They met so many new friends onboard. My husband and I feltlike we were on vacation without kids. My husband and I enjoyed all of the shows offered on the ship from the bingos to the wonderful entertainment and comedy shows.

We recently sailed on the Enchantment of the Seas for the first time, and it was dream vacation. After seeing the refurishment and enlargment of the ship on the Discovery channel was on thing but seeing it was unbelievable. The dinning experience and professional etiquette of the staff was wonderful. Honestly it ws the best food we have ever recieved on a vacation especially in Chops Grill. We made revservation for the last night of our cruise but wish we would have gone a couple of time, best food on the open seas. Pool areas were exquisite especially the area that was for onlny 16 years and older. A nice relaxing get away for my wife and I. Both of us really enjoyed Royal Caribbean's style, service, and innovative ships, and the new Enchantment did not disappoint. Additionaly we loved all the nightlife options especially the Boleros and the Schooner Bar. Felt like a totally different night out, every single night. We are definitely going to make cruising our next vacation.

The ship is quite large and has space for everyone (our cruise was fully booked) on the pool deck and beyound. Very good food and dining room service. Good entertainment (not excellent). Art auction stuff was terrible and the whole auction was not a nice experience, on our previous cruise we had much more fun with it and were recommending it to everyone (big mistake!)

this is my second time on enchantment of the seas.i like the fact that they extended the ship.however the cabins need to be updated as well.here is a list of the problems i had and i will contact royal carib as well.1-air conditioner was not working properly(switch on wall changed but did not fix problem)2-sink in bathroom clogged up called to fix.3-toliet bowl not fliushing properly and toliet overflowed at one point called to get fixed.4-my cabin 2150 smelled like cigarette smoke from the time we first stepped in the cabin.the room attendant sprayed but it still had a tremendous odor.i get trouble headaches being around smoke filled rooms.no one smokes in my family.needless to say i was not very satisfied this being my fourth r.c.cruise.

The accessability of the ship was outstanding. Especially the location panel above the elevator doors telling what was located on each floor.. It was extremely easy to get from one place to another without going through stateroom corridors. Always knew, from day one, where we were and how to get to where we wanted to go.

Ship was nice, solarium was too hot and would have liked the food (burgers, hot dogs, pizza) served in a different place. A place that is more accessible and not as long a wait, since it's available all the time. Our stateroom temperature was not cool enough and our toilet kept getting clogged up.

The ship was huge and beautiful! I was impressed by the lounges and gambling room sizes. My staeroom was very cozy and clean.

When I first stepped into the Enchantment of the Sea ship I was absolutely facinated by how beautiful it is in the inside. The staff is so friendly that immediately you feel like you belong there. As soon as we arrived my husband and I went to eat lunch and it was unbelievable how much food selection there was to choose from. The food was excellent! It was wonderful to eat and have a spectacular view to enjoy at the same time. Our stateroom was very comfortable and clean and very spacious. My husband and I celebrated our wedding aniversary and it will be a memorable one that is for sure. We visited Key West and Cozumel Mexico and we had a wonderful time in both ports. This was my husband's first cruise. I have been in other cruises, but cruising with Royal Caribbean was the best cruise for me! The staff is very organized and there were so many activities on board that you could never be bored. The ports that we visited were facinating and we had great weather. I use to get sea sick on other ships, but with Enchantment of the Sea I never felt sea sick for one moment. The captain was always communicating with everyone and we were up to date on every event. I have recommended many of my family members and friends to go on a cruise with Royal Caribbean. I will most definitely go on a cruise again on the Enchantment of the Seas! Thank you Royal Caribbean for making my wedding anniversary a memorable one!

The ship appeard old and dated in spots but was very clean

Overall, the ship was in good condition. The ship could have used another pool and a few more whirl pools. The overall service was very good. The food quality was hit and miss and not very many alternatives outside meal times. The check-in and check-out process was easy and fairly quick. The room was pleasant; however the ship could use more deluxe suites and less Jr suites. Great port visits and the whole cruise was full of activities.

With 2000 plus passengers, I was worried about feeling crowded, but this was never the case. The boat is so large, there was always a quiet place I could find to relax.

The overall experience was average at best. The biggest downer was when the bar server at dinner kept bringing and charging for a souvenir glass that we did not request. Ultimately guest relations adjusted the bill. We had to take a tender to Belize from the ship. It appeared that activity personnel were not well prepared to handle the situation of assigning times to guests to take the tenders. We waited 55 minutes to get a tender, we were told to meet at 7:50am and did not get on a tender until 8:45am. To be fair a 5 day cruise may be short to enjoy everything. It seems like everyone from ship personnel to the people at the ports had their hands out. It starts to get tiresome and is borderline begging

We did the 4-Day cruise, Thursday - Monday. Ship is in Excellent shape from stretching and makeover. Rooms seem to have more storage than any other ship we have been on. Staff didn't seem to be as friendly as 7 day trips, but I believe that is the way most are on the shorter trips.

From the time we arrived at port, the crew were exceptional. Their training in customer service was evident in their energy, attitude and ability to meet our every need. The activities were loads of fun, and there was something for everyone. It was wonderful when the crew participated in these activities as well. The accommodations were fabulous. The stateroom was clean, spacious and our cabin steward was outstanding anticipating our every need.
