Review summary
The overall experience was average at best. The biggest downer was when the bar server at dinner kept bringing and charging for a souvenir glass that we did not request. Ultimately guest relations adjusted the bill. We had to take a tender to Belize from the ship. It appeared that activity personnel were not well prepared to handle the situation of assigning times to guests to take the tenders. We waited 55 minutes to get a tender, we were told to meet at 7:50am and did not get on a tender until 8:45am. To be fair a 5 day cruise may be short to enjoy everything. It seems like everyone from ship personnel to the people at the ports had their hands out. It starts to get tiresome and is borderline beggingPorts of call
Pros: Dinner, waiter, head waiter, and assistant to the waiter
Cons: Bar server at dinner, guest relations
