Could have been better. by KarenG17

Sail date: / Traveled as:
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

The wrong cabin is shown on internet and we where charged for large interior cabin with sofa and that's not what the cabin was.(8589). It was a small cabin with a chair and ceiling beds. We were 3 seniors and one was terminal and it was very upsetting.

The ship was on the smaller side, but still has so many places to explore. There were so many activities each day. The ship was kept in great condition and the staterooms ample size. there was not one day were we went hungry the food was amazing.

fourth best cruise line. by MaureenY

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

our room was incorrect. rc was slow to do anything and blamed cruises only for the problem. because it too 5 hours to get the problem corrected with an adequate fix, the trip started on a sour note.

The ship was nice. The captains dinner night was a bust as we never even saw the captain, but it was fun to get dressed up.

Cruise to Belize by PatriciaZ

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

We will definetly cruise again and use Royal Carribean Line again. I have a comment about Disembarkation. Although we were all given material to explain the process, Customs delayed the process. So group A was still in waiting area when Group B was supposed to prepare to leave. Passengers were taking charge telling folks to get in line, where to go, what to do. There should have been crew members on each of the 4 decks at the elevators advising us where to go and keeping us informed.

Not a so wonderful cruise by VanessaN1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

We recently went on the Enchantment of the Sea, expecting to sail to Cozumel but unfortunately we were not announced by anything or anybody until we boarded on the cruise before we found out that it's not going to Cozumel. Instead we are rerouted to the Bahamas due to the storm. I would expect to get at least some kind of credit back since it is cheaper to go to the Bahamas if I would like to go there. However, I have been to the Bahamas more than 3 times so it was nothing exciting anymore. It is also a disappointment to be at sea the entire Saturday night until Monday morning so that the cruise just linger out there. Although it only takes a few hours to sail from the Bahamas back to Ft Lauderdale. I consider this trip such a waste of time and money for what we paid for. It is not worth it.

Great Cruise! by CarolB7

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

Haved sailed on this ship many, many times and the experience is always consistent; clean ship, great staff, great service, food adequate and always a very fun experience - just forever consistent. Julian in the concierge lounge for frequent cruisers is over the top. Great job Julian and in fact one of the reasons I continue to go back to the Enchantment. We had a wedding when we docked in Key West and Julian and the staff of RCCL played a very intricate part in making it a very memorable occasion. Can't wait to go again!

Great Experience! by ColleenG2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

Our first cruise, great time! Lots of activities for our 2 teenagers, never had to worry about them. Food was great although quality seemed better in Windjammer than formal dining room. Always various things going on for all ages. Staff was excellent! Room attendant more than helpful, staff always accomodating. Experience just great, definitely will take another cruise with Royal Carribean.

A cruise to tell family and friends by WyndellM

Sail date: /
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

As I said above the organization of this cruise was clear and smooth. I did very little other than what was expected of me. Customer Service and the crew of the ship did an excellent job. Also with all the new regulations in place I thought embarking and disembarking were going to painful.

AWESOME~AWESOME~AWESOME!! by LoriC1

Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

My sister and I just got home from an amazing cruise vacation on the Enchantment of the Seas. This was my sister's first cruise experience (my 6th) and we just had a blast. The ship looked like a brand new ship. Everything was sooooo clean and beautiful. We both give major high fives to Royal Caribbean's efforts and hard work making this a great vacation. The service was excellent for the dining room, Windjammer buffet and room service. We really enjoyed the shows on the ship (especially the karaoke). It was a hoot. The game shows as well. We really loved the comedian Peter! He was just hilarious! I think my two favorite things were the ice carving pool deck buffet and line dancing "Dancing under the stars" and the 70's street party on the last night. The village people and Michael Jackson were priceless! I just can not recommend this cruise enough for anyone interested in having a really great time. We met some super folks and they all agreed the cruise was just perfect. We loved the soda club refills. That is a great thing for everyone to consider at only $6 a day. We drank enough soda to definitely pay for that and it was so easy to always have a col drink at hand. The adult pool "Solarium" was beautiful. We hung out here the most and met some really great "new friends". The ports were not the best part of the cruise. The ship was what made this a SUPER vacation. We want to highly recommed the "Push, Pull & Swim with the Dolphins" excursion in Cozumel. That was so amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The price is fabulous and well worth every cent. Make this a priority in Cozumel. Also after the dolphin swim, there is a great park right there to enjoy the beautiful ocean to snorkel and swim in the huge fresh water pool. I would take this exact cruise ship again tomorrow if I could. 4 nights just were not enough on this great ship with the awesome staff at Royal Carribean. They love their job and you can tell it. Don't hesitate, book it TODAY!!! You will not be dissapointed!

Fun Cruise by JudyR5

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

My granddaughter and I felt that this was the best cruise that we have ever been on together and we have gone on a lot of cruises together. The excursions that we went on were fantastic and ones that we will never forget. Everything on this cruise was just perfect and we will definetly travel on RC again and again. We go on a cruise every two years and always try to go some where different each time. We spent a few hours in Key West and went to the tip of Florida which my grandaughter thoroughly enjoyed. It was very relaxing just walking around KW. Then in Mexico we went kayaking and had the best time in a see through kayak and then snokerling which was out of this world as we saw alot of fish and sting rays. It was unbelievable. Then in Belize we did the zip line which is something for sure that we will never forget. Then the cave tubing also was fantastic. We had such a good time and went home exhausted which is what a vacation is all about. Just love the cruise line.

This ship was obviously an older ship but it was well maintained and clean. The staff and Cruise Director were easy to talk to and very helpful.

GREAT, GREAT TIME by ElizabethP4

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

This trip was a 16th birthday gift to my daughter. She had the choice of a number of activities to celebrate her day, and she chose the cruise. What a great choice. She had a ball; the only down side was that there were not many kids her age on the cruise, but despite that, we had a ball. Key West was interesting; we visited a museum, at her insistence, and I totally enjoyed it. I cannot recall the name of the museum but in the front of it , there is a huge Ma and Pa Kettle statute. Food was very good, room service (one of my girl's favorite things) was as usual great. The show on Friday nite, "Rocket..." was fabulous, I would have paid to see it, the entertainers were truly gifted. The cruise director "Mark" is a nut and very entertaining. We have a window suite and it was great. Our "butler" was great although I hardly saw him. Our table waitress was simply wonderful. All in all, we had a really blessed, great vacation.

Beautiful, Pool deck is nice. It was great to have the Coffee Bar/Ben & Jerry's ice cream in the center of the ship. The Windjammer view is beautiful as is the view in the Spa, and the GYM.
