Enchantment is the smallest and oldest of the RC fleet, but the crew works hard to give guests a great experience. It lacks the features of newer ships but is still a fun cruise. I would not recommend taking younger kids as there is not a lot for them to do.

This was my first cruise with Royal Carribbean and I will not be a returning customer. The Enchantment ship was old and rusty, small, tight, unacceptable for a major cruise line. The personnel was helpful, pleasant and the food was decent.

We really enjoyed this cruise. Maybe with a bit bigger of a ship and skipping out on the madness at Nassau and it would have been the perfect cruise! P.S. Highly recommend a 10 day!

Was a good first cruise a on a smaller ship. Could use some updates…most staff were very friendly. Wasn’t a huge fan of the food so never went to main dining and instead ate at windjammer buffet every time

I was impressed with royal caribbean enchantment of the seas. I know the ship is a bit beat up but the size suited us great. We never waited in a line and everything was so easy to do

It wasn’t what we expected being that we’ve been on several other carnival cruises. I will try another Royal Caribbean cruise again but definitely not on this ship.

I wouldn't do this itinerary again, just not enough time to enjoy the island. I think the ship is dated, this is my third time on and I'm not sure I'd go back on. With that said, I went with friends and had fun.

Loved the concept, hated the ride and the bed. I wanted more entertainment for my child who is under 12. Also didn't like the last-minute requirement to file an application with Bermuda to visit (with an additional $40 per person expense).

This was my second cruise and traveled solo. I was definitely nervous about doing a trip by myself but from the moment I stepped on the ship the crew took great care of me. There was so much to do from the entertainment during the day to the shows at night.

We've been unhappy with Royal Caribbean for the last three cruises and doubt we would sail them again.

Can only tolerate so much karaoke, trivia and game shows. 45 min evening shows mediocre. Not much to do on ship.

Bermuda and Bahamas cruise with RC was very nice and as expected. Food and service was excellent and CoCoCay island beautiful with free loungers and buffet lunch provided.

Please serve the food international food because this is international cruise

Enchantment of the Seas to Bermuda is a cruise I will seek out again. Docking in a port for three days let us get a really good sense of the port without the pressure of returning to the ship in short time. The staff of this classic ship really went out of their way to make our time fun and special.

The overall experience is okay in terms of food, entertainment and cabin. The ship is overdue for maintenance obviously with rain dripping in the dining area and blocked walkway for in-cruise repairs and paintings.

I loved the convenience of going out of Baltimore but was not satisfied with the food as well as the limited dining options. The entertainment was really good. The staff didn't seem to really enjoy what they do and were not over friendly. I would have expected more from Royal Carribbean.

Very nice time. Thoroughly enjoyed the extra day in Bermuda. Weather was perfect.

Food and crew very good…alcoholic beverages way overpriced

A beautiful and relaxing experience on a small ship! Each port excursion selected was amazing.
