We've been unhappy with Royal Caribbean for the last three cruises and doubt we would sail them again.

Only ate at main dining room. Buffet did not seem sanitary with people helping themselves. Saw people enter without sanitizing.

Attempted trivia several times, but difficult to understand due to language barrier. Some events should have taken place in large lounge rather than centrum. Had to stand for most music activities.

Tub needs upgrade. No thought was put into location of soap/shampoo/conditioner. The rack should be located towards the back of the tub rather than near the shower head. Very difficult to pump.

Different demographic from other ports i.e., Bayonne, Fort Lauderdale, LA, New Orleans
Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your cruise. I do agree with you regarding having some of the entertainment in other venues. It's very difficult to understand what's happening on other levels if there's a language barrier.
