Review summary

We've been unhappy with Royal Caribbean for the last three cruises and doubt we would sail them again.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
They did not adhere to embarkation time schedule and allowed everyone in, therefore lines and backup

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Only ate at main dining room. Buffet did not seem sanitary with people helping themselves. Saw people enter without sanitizing.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Attempted trivia several times, but difficult to understand due to language barrier. Some events should have taken place in large lounge rather than centrum. Had to stand for most music activities.

Entertainment

3 out of 5

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Waiters and room steward were excellent. Just had a head waiter that continued to speak with us during dinner.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Needs maintenance and painting

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Tub needs upgrade. No thought was put into location of soap/shampoo/conditioner. The rack should be located towards the back of the tub rather than near the shower head. Very difficult to pump.

Ship tip

Different demographic from other ports i.e., Bayonne, Fort Lauderdale, LA, New Orleans

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

Find it more enjoyable than Labadee. Plenty of seating and facilities

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
Chaotic. Called numbers when ship was not close to clearing. Long lines.
