Review summary

I loved the convenience of going out of Baltimore but was not satisfied with the food as well as the limited dining options. The entertainment was really good. The staff didn't seem to really enjoy what they do and were not over friendly. I would have expected more from Royal Carribbean.

The bathroom was not desirable. When you took a shower, the water went everywhere. Needs a renovation. Handle fell off in the shower.

Ship tip

If you don't care about the food, it's a very convenient way to sail to Bermuda.

I've been on the Enchantment twice this year. I guess it all boils down to expectations. I was very satisfied with the food in the Main Dining Room. The staff seemed very friendly and always willing to help out. Love the Enchantment.
