Food and Dining

The food in the Windjammer was excellent in both quality and varity of selection. Dining room was lovely. Café Latitudes makes good drinks, but takes some time. All of the bars were well stocked.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pools were clean, lifeguards attentive. Fitness center looked appealing, but would have been even better with a rowing machine

Entertainment

The comedy show was hilarious, The dancers broadway night was well put together, and a lot of fun to watch. Dirty comedy was awesome as well

Children's Programs

Service and Staff

Caldrick, our room attendant, went above and beyond - stocked us with extra towels and pillows when asked, room was always exceptionally clean, and he made the funniest towel animals, which we looked forward to. Alison and Dijana in the dining room were an excellent pair. Alison was a likable, efficant waiter who paid special attention to our table's dietary needs, as well as always being at hand when we had questions. Dijana was funny, smart, and her reccomendations were excellent (eg/ I asked for a baileys and coffee, and she suggested espresso and baileys instead - which I greatly enjoyed). Her wine pairing suggestions were also always delightful. Sabi, our waiter in Cococay at the bungalows, was a true highlight. I cannot thank him highly enough for making our day spectacular. Quick service, drinks made well, funny and made suggestions for while we were on the boat. We felt well looked after, our drinks were never lacking, and I feel he really went above and beyond in treating us right. Thank you to all these individuals, and the ones that made their excellence possible.

Beds are surprisingly comfortable. Pillows a little narrow, and I like thick - rectified easily with an extra pillow. Sometimes room could get on the warm side, but the temperature control kicked in fast. We might have been right under the main stage, as noise from the dancing/performances was audible, but a pair of earplugs corrected that. We were able to hear the room next to us through the adjoining door (closed and locked), when they were speaking in a normal volume - including when their phone rang. Not a silent room, so I'd advise packing earplugs, but the noise level also wasn't enough to keep me awake or bother me - if your a light sleeper, you may want to look into that.
