We had a wonderful trip. the food was great, the onshore excursions were a great deal of fun. my only complaint is the size of the shower- it was tiny (I'm 5'5 and fit). other than that, we had a wonderful time.

the Chef's Dinner on Thanksgiving evening with Chef nester was one of the best meals I've had. the food was delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The wine pairings were perfectly complimentary to the meal.

Due to our flight, we arrived pretty early prior to embarkation. There was only one place to eat.

We did the Dolphin enounter- we had a blast. the employees were great and it really showed that they cared for the dolphins.

The food was really good. the glass bottom boat ride was amazing and very informative. My mother accompanied me on this and as a high school bilogy teacher, she was really impressed with the knowledge both gentlemen had- McGraw the diver was fantasitic- he brought so many thigns up for us to see and touch.
