This was our 1st Princess cruise. Although the majority of the clientele is a bit older, we had a good time. We would definitely cruise with Princess again. The service was wonderful and the shows fantastic. We didn't read our patter every day so we missed out on some activities. Highly recommend!

Overall a nice vacation. There was a problem with our Princess agent Rita that didn’t follow through with what she said she would when selling us our cruise but didn’t let that interfere with our cruise. Service desk wasn’t able to resolve the issue because they were acting on what they saw on their end. The issue was with the agent who is better at selling but not fixing problems. Lesson learned. Don’t let the little things interfere with the opportunity to enjoy a cruise

This was our 5th cruise with Princess and our best cruise experience so far. Everything was perfect, not a single complaint.

Family cruise with adult kids and their wives. Great fun had by all. Loved the ship, staff great and food exceeded our expectations.

Overall a great cruise and full staff. We loved the service and the beauty of the ship. Could have improved duty free shop as the prices were not a value and needs much improvement when compared to on land prices at all ports. The other shops for sweaters teas mugs were very limited and could have done without the “real” love boat stuff. We would like to see the princess logo and original Love Boat logo on purchases. Cruise director and staff were very visible and outstanding. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our cruise! Princess is really becoming my fave cruise line! We will cruise with them again in the future for sure!!

A upscale cruise with mostly senior 60+ passengers. Very relaxing, not to have to dodge kids running around. Loved having the paper activity schedule each day, the app was not user friendly for activities.

Cruise did best with what they had to work with. We weren't expecting much and it was exactly as we anticipated. Hopefully in a few years it will get back to what we remember. Great food, great shows and more employees.

This was my first time cruising by myself and also my first time with Princess. It was nice that the ship was new and although it is much larger than I like ( over 3,500 passengers), it never felt crowded. I loved the “Medallion “ experience and hopefully this will be used by other cruise lines in the near future. In spite of the weather not being great, I enjoyed the cruise and would definitely cruise with Princess again.

Should have booked an earlier itinerary cruise did not meet expectations

Great cruise, but don’t take the bus that princess offers, a 45 minute trip lasted over 2 1/2 hours, driver appeared lost, and did not speak English. This was to JFK airport.

Had an enjoyable cruise. We were very lucky with the weather to see the early New England foliage.

The fall colors were not there yet. We have both seen the maple leaves turning as we grew up. Cruise out of New York was on our bucket list. We love cruising and the Enchanted Princess is beautiful.

Where to start, NY City LGA was terrible. Transfer to ship was paid for, but had to take Uber to ship. The transfer bus left without anyone, and we were told to find our own way to the ship. Fiona (hurricane) came to visit Canada and canceled three of our five stops. Princess did, as Princess always does, compensated us for missed ports and Uber rides. We understand that Princess does not control the weather. However, the lack of crew and the untrained crew is not Princess. Our 12th Princess Cruise and 23 overall.

All in all, this cruise (my first ever cruise) was a magical experience I will never forget!

Really enjoyed it overall. Some not amazing changes in food due to Covid and cut backs, but ‘hey I’m on a cruise so it was fine’!

Wonderful and relaxing. Loved it We hadn’t sailed since 2019. We were so ready to get on board this ship.

The Enchanted Princess is a beautiful ship. This itinerary is one of our favorites! We had an amazing time!

New ship, incredible crew, wonderful time! The medallion worked most of the time. There were a couple of times where we had ordered a drink and never received. Best thing is not having to attend a muster drill! You watched on your stateroom tv, went to muster station and checked in with your medallion. So easy.

We were VERY happy to get back to cruising and this was a great experience. With the ship only half full, the service was amazing with no crowds for anything. We look forward to a longer cruise on this ship in August.
