Our room was clean and very nice! Food: Buffet wasn’t very good except for breakfast, and we ate breakfast there every day. The Botticelli Dining room was the only other option for breakfast and it was not good! Michelangelo Dining was our go to every night! The food was excellent and service great! We ate 1 night in the Crown Grill and it was superb!!! Highly recommend! Activities; We enjoyed all the shows. The music was very good and the comedian was the best!!! Getting on and off ship was a bit crowded but to terrible. We had a really good time on the Emerald Princess!!

Cruise was great! We had a couple of rough sea days but only a couple. This is our 4th Alaska cruise and it was just as good as the first!

Everyone was real friendly. Ship was clean. The only problem we had was there was a group from India on the ship and it seemed like they got special treatment. They could cut in line to eat and getting off the ship. They were very rude people.

We had a nice cruise. All staff were friendly, competent, smiling and focused on servicing us. The food was very good. The entertainment was very good too. Activities on ship were fine. What disappointed us was that the captain decided not to get close to glacier. His rationale was that there was another ship there. This suggest poor planning or execution. In today’s environment where everyone knows (or should know) where the ships are, this is unacceptable

Wonderful trip. The most beautiful scenery in every port, and lovely excursions with interesting and informed tour guides.

Could not fault our trip on Emerald and going back on board in August to sunny Alaska! Hope the service is as good as the experience in the Med back a few years and very much looking forward to a completely different itinerary

It was a good experience. Just would want more ports of calls. Everyone on the ship did a great job seemed happy with their jobs. Need more things to do on board for a wide variety of people. When you play bingo twice you know they need to update options.

Fantastic Cruise! 💕Enjoyed variation in ages. Staff were amazing! On entire ship! Great entertainment onboard! Loved the views from our Balcony and on the pool decks. We booked a morning at the Sanctuary and it was awarding on the scenic days. Would love 💕 to do this cruise again 👍

Highly recommend going to Alaska! Princess offers the roundtrip from Seattle and it was awesome. I just expected more from the staff and food.

Our cruise was the best that Ive been on and the ship was immaculate! I would recommend Emerald Princess to all of my friends and family.

The service from staff was fantastic. I wish i had more time onboard to experience all the activities going on. The alternative plan, due to fog, for the glacier was a highlight of our fantastic experience.

This was my first Alaska cruise and I will admit that I was hesitant about it, but once I was there I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. Of course the weather was much cooler than the Caribbean but it was pleasant with one partial day of rain in Ketchikan, where it rains 300 out of 365 days a year, but the sun did come out later. If you are thinking of cruising to Alaska, don’t wait, it is beautiful. I will probably do it again in the future.

This cruise was a trip of a lifetime for us. The emerald princess was a beautiful ship, the service was excellent, and we loved the ports of call.

DisEmbarkation was as disorganized as the embarkation was organized. We had transfers booked with Princess to our hotel. We didn’t know if we had to pick up our luggage or if it was being directly sent. We had no idea where to find the transportation that we had paid for. It was very confusing. Could have been handled better. Overall good trip with one very disappointing dining experience.

We actually just felt like a lot of things have changed I was traveling with the same people as before our room even though she was very nice our room was not clean there was stuff on the floor somebody’s underskirt was left in the closet area a little boys hat was stuck kind of behind the TV so we knew that nothing thorough had been done and that just I don’t know it was just not good for us we always felt like it was could’ve been better also some glasses that we drank out of where they are sitting there for 4 days before we left. I’m not gonna keep going on because it is what it is but probably would think twice before I took that ship again but after going to Alaska twice I probably wouldn’t go to Alaska again it’s beautiful but two times where is plenty.

Enjoyed the cruise but the ship was not perfect. Internet access nearly non-existent - skip buying this unless you absolutely need it. The onboard messaging app (Princess@Sea) works but is far from good.

This was our second cruise to Alaska in 10 years. Nice ship. Beautiful weather!

This was our first cruise on a Princess ship. We had a wonderful time, even though I am cruise person. The food on the ship was great and Woody, in Botticelli's, was the best server on the ship. Woody would make a person look forward to dinner after a long day of sightseeing. Give Woody a 10. My only complaint is at every port of call preview they tried to sell jewelry why don't they just go over the ports and leave the jewelry selly to the shops. Please inform people that the health seminar is a sells pitch for colon cleansing.
