Review summary

We actually just felt like a lot of things have changed I was traveling with the same people as before our room even though she was very nice our room was not clean there was stuff on the floor somebody’s underskirt was left in the closet area a little boys hat was stuck kind of behind the TV so we knew that nothing thorough had been done and that just I don’t know it was just not good for us we always felt like it was could’ve been better also some glasses that we drank out of where they are sitting there for 4 days before we left. I’m not gonna keep going on because it is what it is but probably would think twice before I took that ship again but after going to Alaska twice I probably wouldn’t go to Alaska again it’s beautiful but two times where is plenty.

Just FYI Emerald Princess travels to other areas besides Alaska - you need to write out a detailed complaint , use names , dates, your room #and deck in your letter. Be as detailed as possible without ranting( b c you will lose their focus if u do) Then send it Registered mail ( hence receipt of delivery) and one more thing I as a future cruiser would truly appreciate us to report it to the proper health authorities .

When you find your room dirty upon embankment ...... makes you wonder how many times you have slept on dirty sheets 🤮 🤢
