Review summary

Internet was completely unusable. This is the third Princess cruise where this service has been a problem. Not sure why they offer it. Staff kept charging for items covered in a prepaid package or included with the reservation. Required repeated trips to customer service to get it corrected.

Boarding was availble a lot earlier than we were led to believe. Would have saved us money and time to board earlier.

Internet services on Princess are usually lacking. Have heard that there will be a major upgrade fleet wide for internet service. That is really the only thing Princes doesn't do well. Otherwise, they are quite good at most everything.

I’ve not had any of the same experiences in 3 Princess cruises, 2 on the Emerald as recently as Nov. Don’t be alarmed Llovelylady...I read many, many comments about how folks love Princess...

Wow the food is usually one of the best things on the cruise and entertainment second OMG Princess don’t let me down I paid extra to take you!!!!!!!
