This was my first time sailing on Princess cruise line and was quite impressed with the cruise line.

We enjoyed the ship the entertaonment overall was good

Food was just horrid!

Passenger Service - non-existant, post Customer service - rude, abrupt and also non-existant. Ltr submitted to the President & CEO of Princess Cruise Lines following cruise.

The ship was very well run - for example the way passengers were checked in and out of the ship and the ease with which they handled the disembarkation of all 3,200 passengers was impressive. They should be running our government! I also like the card system for paying for things and the fact that one could check the status of spending by passing the card through a machine at the front office and getting a printout.

I thought the ship was very clean, friendly, pretty and enjoyable. Very pleased with the ship.

My husband booked this cruise for our honeymoon. I was against it from the start. But I have to say that I was overly impressed with the whole experience. The staff was extrememly nice and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon a wonderful experience. There were so many things to do on the ship, we were never bored. Movies under the stars is the perfect ending to a great night. Thank you Princess for making it such a memorable honeymoon.

Our stateroom D302 was extremely poorly laid out. It was extremely noisy when the ship rolled and pitched during slightly rough seas. We called Customer Service twice regarding the noise which caused my wife and I not to sleep well. The ship's waiters and room attendant were excellent. This helped make our 18 days aboard delightful. The food was average. The entertainment aboard was below standards. We cruised aboard the same ship several years earlier and found it much better.

The ship was the best. Always very clean. Our staff was wonderful. Hats off to our stateroom stewart and our dinning room staff.

Very nice, well-kept vessel with a lot to do.

We enjoyed our cruise very much. We were impressed by all of the things available such as: theaters, shows, restaurants, pools, etc. The staff was very helpful. I do think non-alcohol drinks should be included in the price, but that is a very minor detail.

The ship was well maintained and the food was excellent. Our stateroom had continuing issues with the safe not opening and the toilet not working. The staff were very nice.

Clean. Great wait staff & cabin crew.

Clean, efficient wait staff and cabin steward made cruise aboard ship enjoyable. My husband and I enjoy ballroom dancing and were disappointed with the group that seemed to be picked up and thrown together. Chamber music quartet was excellent. Epiphany group was good too. The food in the specialty restaurant was excellent...comparable to what you get in the regular dining room on other cruisines like Holland America. On a sc ale of one to ten I would give the cruise a five. We took Princess only because of the itinerary. This is my second time with Princess and I don't think I would choose them again. The coupon book that is provided through is cheesy and was not used. We traveled with another couple and they opted to book with another company instead of booking with because the cost was less for the same cabin. Further, they got a welcome bottle of champaign and strawberries as opposed to the aforementioned cheesy coupon book we received.

The ship was very large but easy to navigate. On our cruise we had problems with two elevator banks that did not function properly. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cruise itinerary was why we booked this one and it is quite intense.

As always the crew and all of the staff were great and very helpfull. We had a great cabin attendant who anticipated all of our needs. Probably on of the best we have had and we have traveled on multiple cruises on multiple cruise line. My only complaint would be the times we ate the buffett, the variety was getting a little limited.
