Definitely take clothes for pirate night, so much fun. We went on the Halloween spectacular cruise and it was great to see everyone dressed up in costumes.

Register for as many things that you want to as possible before you leave home. I would suggest registering the kids for the onboard kids groups, any meet and greet that you want for them and any excursions that you may want to take.

A couple tips we found that were helpful: 1) Bring magnets to decorate your door. The doors are made of steel and many veterans bring elaborate decorations to customize them. 2) We brought our own larger plastic cups to carry pop with us. Especially nice if you go to the movies.

Pay for Palo Brunch if available..so worth it. And anytime you see Bonny in Meridian (bar) or Pub 687, ask him to mix your drink...he is the best! Katia in Palo is adorable and knowledgeable.

Take the phone from your room onto Castaway Key. They will reach and the kids club (Scuttles Cove) can contact you if needed while you relax in the adult section (Serenity Bay)

I would sign up for the bag transfer from the ship directly to your destination when flying. It was "Disney Magic" and very convenient.

Smart casual dress code, don't need to pack very fancy dresses! Pirate night everyone gets dressed up for so worth raiding the kids dressing up boxes before you leave home. Towels supplied for you to take off the ship when you visit the beach or pool area so you don't need to bring your own.
