Review summary
This is my 8th Disney cruise and they do not disappoint. I took an independent shuttle service from MCO airport to the port. We stopped at Royal Caribbean first and dropped off people for their cruise . Then on to the Disney Dream. When we got to the stop my luggage was missing (literally everything I had brought). The driver took us back with him, we had to make another stop then back to Royal Caribbean. No luggage, we went inside the terminal and talked to the Royal Caribbean rep and he basically said I was out of luck. So we went back to the Dream with nothing. I told Disney what had happened. and they got the info. They brought me a care package with toiletries to my room. The first day we were in Nassau and someone from the ship called Royal Caribbean ( they said the customer service gal at RC was very nice) and found my luggage went and retrieved it and had it in my room when I got back from my day in Nassau. It wasn't even their fault. That is why I love Disney so much. Everyone is wonderful and friendly. Plus Castaway Cay is paradise! I am already signed up for 4 more Disney Cruises in the future.
