Since this was my first cruise ever, I chose the Disney Dream.  I was not disappointed.

The ship although very large was very clean and well-maintained.

The staff very attentative and no detail too small.

Had a GREAT time on the Disney Dream with my wife and children and my daughter was treated like a princess the entire cruise. The staff was great and the food and activities were wonderfull.

The cruise was amazing and everythign started with teh great service and advise provided by the representative that helped me (Valerie Brissae).

Will defenitely do it again !

They say a picture is worth a 1000 words...this picture doesn't even begin to describe our wonderful vacation on the Disney Dream. From the time we boarded the ship until the very last day, our entire cruise was magical. The Disney Cast members were all very wonderful and friendly, treating us like we were the celebrities instead of just people. The activities on board were endless, including the activities for the children of all ages (yes, us adults, too!) The food was magnificent, as well as the service. Our stateroom host was the best, always keeping our room clean and leaving us magical gifts in our room. If you are looking for a fun, adventurous, all-inclusive cruise, this is it! You can't get any better than Disney!!

We booked our cruise and also paid for 2 other adults in a separate cabin....They are adult  friends and we asked for the beds to be separated.   It wasn't until after we booked and made all the arrangements that we were told they could not separate the beds on the Disney Dream....That meant that one adult had to sleep on the sofa....Quite a disappointment when we are paying top dollar for the 2 cabins..The agent was not aware of the bed setup on the Dream...We have been on 5 cruises in the past year  (not Disney) and we have never run into that problem...Another disappointment was that the Cabana (buffet) was not open the last night of the cruise and room service was not available in the morning of our arrival.  The dining room menu choices were not up to par with other cruise lines....On the other hand the meals at the Cabana were some of the best foods we ever had on a cruise.   Because it was our first Disney cruise things were somewhat different and we were more than pleased with our room host Rajan....He went above and beyond to help us through the process...

First cruise and even though I had to pay the double occupancy rate to go solo, I would do it again in a hearbeat.  Service was fantastic, crew was very sociable, food was great.

6 Adults went and it was the first time I have been on Disney (37 cruises). We were very please with the whole experience. The food was superb! My only wish is the music in a few of the lounges could of been toned down a bit! It was extremely loud. We wish the area that had the piano would of been functional while we were on the ship! Now--The AQUADUCK..the youngest in our group 36 up to 69 went numerous times! Overall is was a great experience...even though we didn't have any children with us!

We have a wonderful time with the kids, everything was perfect, the food, swimming pools, buffet and rooms, and the shows was perfect. We have a good time and it not just for kids, the adults enjoy a lot. This is my second time in Disney cruise the first was Wonder and we have a perfect time and now in the Dream was perfect not complaint. We have a veranda room and we enjoy a lot the ocean view. The different party time every days and nights keep you busy and the shows are Disney style, perfect.

I really enjoyed everything about the Cruise! I didn't care for the land package after the Cruise! I enjoyed the activities for the kids, they were busy the whole cruise. I love the movie theater and the activities on board for the adults.

Everything we expected and more. The ship was beautiful, the service wonderful. everyone had a great time, best food I have ever had on a cruise ship.

It was a great trip I tell everyone that asks so.Felt like a star everyone was so kind and would meet your needs if possible. Each day and meal was better and better. The beach at Castaway cay was beautiful Loved it all.

Everything was wonderful ! Excellent service , food and fun. I took my Grandchildren ages 21.19.14 and 12 on this cruise everyone had a great time. This was my 6th. Disney cruise and I am looking forward to my 7th. Everyone had such a great time. All loved the island and just relaxing in the sun. The shows were funny . The Grandchildren loved the karaoke and Pirates night , I must say the fireworks were more than I expected this time. Our dining crew was fabulous no matter where they saw you on the ship or island they addressed you and by your first name. Thank you Disney

8 adults & 7 children set sail on the Disney Dream on August 29th. We had a fantastic time! The Verandah rooms were spacious and all of the crew were gracious. Plenty to do for all of us.

We love Disney, the cruise line makes every possible thing possible, they entertain everyone no matter what age, unfortunately even though this is our third cruise on Disney the dining experience is the worst, plate after plate was wrong, i do not blame the servers i blame the cooks. We wanted to take a cross-atlantic trip on the fantasy (our fourth and last ship) but cant imagine dealing with the dinners is a turn off.

This was the first experience for my daughter and I. We thoroughly savored every minute of it. Right from our arrival at Orlando airport, the transfers and to our return to the same airport after the cruise. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and warm. This is very soothing and calming to a first timer in view of all the negative news we hear about accidents on cruise ships in recent times. The welcome team on board the cruise were smartly dressed and seemed genuinely happy to welcome us aboard. All the programs were well thought out and executed with the primary focus being to create a very positive experience. All the staff are well trained and went above and beyond to perform their duties. They seemed to enjoyed their jobs and it showed. The over all ambiance of the rooms, the movie theaters, the clubs and the upper deck where we had most activities was perfect.

My family was all excited hearing they will be in a Disney Dream cruise after attending a wedding in Clearwater Florida. My grandchildren ages 5,6 and 7 were all excited and looking forward to the day of cruising. I witnessed how excited and happy they were throughout the cruise.No words I can describe the experienced we had. On top of that ,the Album I left in the photo gallery of my grandchildren ( with the pictures of 7 Princesses) was mailed to me byDisney Photo Staff.Thanks ........what a memories to treasure. Overall I experience,,,,,,,,awesome......

This is the third time I have submitted my review and I do not expect this one to be entered. The cruise itself was great! My issues were when the cruise price dropped before we sailed and Disney refused to honor pricing decrease. So, we paid more for an inside cabin then new customers that booked closer to said date did for the balcony cabins. I was actually told by Disney customer service team, to move on there was no further need for discussion.  Cruises Only tried to speak for me, but Disney would not discuss any compensation for my over payment.  To the credit of they did provide a $75 credit to all 3 cabins I booked.

We appreciate this travel on cruise a lot and will choose it next time for holiday! The ship could try to think of more Micky shaped things like Micky cakes and so on.

WE had been on two disney cruises before and liked them, however this time they thought they did not adjoin our two rooms, nor have them even close to each other. What's worse, my room at the very back and was 6 floors above the motor so it vibrated so badly, i couldn't sleep. I requested a room change and they put me in the back again, on the 10th floor, right below the cafeteria the second night. So I was awakened at 4am in the morning with tables and chairs being drug around, making a racket on my ceiling. So I requested another room change and they put me in an ok room but it was at the opposite end of the ship than the rest of my family. When I complained, they gave me NO discount or credit, just some chocolate strawberries. Gee, I paid top dollar for this cruise. the same price as I had when I had adjoining room with my family. Chocolate strawberries isn't enough to make me go back again!
