The ship was right out of a l0 day dry dock and it must have been damaged. At one port, they even had divers going down to find the vibration problem. The "new" bedding was a very heavy comforter that we, as did several of our friends, take off. There were so many things not fixed on the ship, laundry facilities, major leaks in the eating area of the l5th floor buffet, buckets in many hallways and Explorer lounge. When we talked about it with the Captain's Club rep, she said "You should have booked a newer ship". Believe me, we would have know how poorly this ship was running. The food lacked any imagination and even in their Italian specialty restuarant, the lobster was cold and had to be sent back. The Theater was too small and if you did not get there at least 1/2 hour early, there were no seats. The Customer "Care" at the front desk was very nice, but Terry, the manager was rude to several people. Would not recommend this ship and not sure if we consider Princess again.

Going across the Atlantic only was fun, relaxing and very busy. Adding a Mediterranean loop to make it 25 days was a great idea to make it a vacation with many interesting places to visit. Would be great to have another TA to follow right away to rest a bit before disembarking.

We very much enjoyed our cruise. While the menu choices were quite limited, the selections were all excellent. Our stateroom was on the small side. It made us think that either a mini suite (we sailed the Ruby in one, it was a deal - this past January) on Princess ships or maybe going back to Carnival is the next choice we will make. We have an Alaska cruise coming in August on the Celebrity Solstice - that will be our first Celebrity cruise so we have to reserve final judgement until then.

This was by far the best cruise we have ever been on. I absolutely loved the ship. She may be old but she was in great shape, and she was going into dry dock after we got off her. The HC table and chairs was showing some wear but I believe they were all being replaced. Our stateroom was clean and there was no mold in the shower as I had previously read. We were in A406 and the location was great. Our stateroom steward was Ajit, and he was wonderful. He has only been working on the ship for 4 months, he was very meticulous in his job. He was friendly as was everyone on the ship. Lots of smiles! The CD was Cory and he was wonderful. Very friendly and outgoing along with being witty. The food in Dining Room was fabulous. The HC food was better than what we had in Dec. on Caribbean Princess. The ship was sailing sold out but it never felt crowded. The average age of passengers was in 40s - 50s.

Good cruise. Ship will be even better after brief facelift this week. Crew could not have been better. Always smiles and helpful. Room clean. Had toilet overflow - immediate response by front desk staff, room staff, and plumber. Front desk staff in suit on knees soaking up water! Food in dining room very good. Horizon Court similar to all buffets - hard to keep food hot while getting to table. Only complaint is the odd design of Promenade deck walking track being split between 2 decks so you climb up and down stairs with each lap.

Being my first cruise I was unsure what to expect. I was traveling with my daughter who I refer to as the Cruise Queen...the day after we returned home she left on a cruise with HER daughter. Everything far exceeded my expectations!

If I were given free tickets including airfare I would sell them or give them away. If I cruise again I would choose another line. The Southern carrib wasnt a relaxing place to enjoy white sand and warm water. Id trade for a long weekend on a beach in Florida.

Great family vacation. Everything you could possibly ask for .

I will book on Princess from now on. The staff was incredible and the food and ports were amazing. The staff works incredibly hard and achieves perfection.

My favorite trip yet. This was the first time that it did NOT feel good to be back home when we returned because I wanted to spend another week on the boat!

I proposed this cruise to the people we went with. There was a group of 6 of us. I did it based on my first cruise with Princess but I wouldn’t do it again. My group was constantly complaining so I felt I let them down.

First princess cruise and I will definitely be back.

Two days prior to a cruise with my 10 year old son, my Father passed away in an accident. I was in touch with our airline and our cruise agent to notify them as I had no insurance. SPIRIT AIRLINES was wonderful and immediately issued me a FULL CREDIT toward a future trip (they even accepted the article from our local newspaper as proof as it was too early to have a death certificate.) My travel agent spent a great deal of time on the phone with Princess on my behalf and was lucky enough to get almost all of our preordered water, beer, and kids drink package fee returned, but not our prepaid gratuities. I was issued $400 out of $1,300 our trip had cost. I sent Princess an email requesting some help with it. No response. I called Princess myself and a nice lady, Beverley, said there was absolutely nothing she could do and I should write them directly as it was up to their discretion. I sent that on March 16, yet I have received no response. I am a single mother who worked my tail off to take my child on his first cruise. I have a credit to fly, and I feel I still owe my son a cruise, but with this oh so wonderful customer service from Princess during this tragic time I can assure it will not be with them.

Princess did not disappoint everything was great as usual, the Crown is a bit old but is scheduled for dry dock in a couple weeks so I expect it will be back to tip top shape afterwards.

We highly recommend this cruise to anyone. It was really enjoyable and the weather was warm but not too warm.

If you’re an older individual this cruise maybe for you the average age was around 65 . Not a lot to do for middle-aged group and young children but the kids club did a great job but the kids pool was closed they need to revamp the kids pool area

This was our first cruise, and we are so glad we chose Princess! It was just the right amount of fun while still being relaxing. We had such a good experience, and are already planning our next cruise!

The 1 star is for dining during the formal dinner everyone received their main course they told us ours was coming , came back again said it was coming then everyone had dessert and we were still waiting on our main course. Told them forget it and left ! Very disappointed. The other couples that were left called for manager they did nothing !

Curaçao has become our new favorite island!! Loved Bonaire, too. The “professor shoppers” on the ship will tell you that there’s not much shopping because there are no Diamonds International or “big ticket” shops but there is plenty of locally owned stores. Enjoyed these ports!
