Review summary
The ship was right out of a l0 day dry dock and it must have been damaged. At one port, they even had divers going down to find the vibration problem. The "new" bedding was a very heavy comforter that we, as did several of our friends, take off. There were so many things not fixed on the ship, laundry facilities, major leaks in the eating area of the l5th floor buffet, buckets in many hallways and Explorer lounge. When we talked about it with the Captain's Club rep, she said "You should have booked a newer ship". Believe me, we would have know how poorly this ship was running. The food lacked any imagination and even in their Italian specialty restuarant, the lobster was cold and had to be sent back. The Theater was too small and if you did not get there at least 1/2 hour early, there were no seats. The Customer "Care" at the front desk was very nice, but Terry, the manager was rude to several people. Would not recommend this ship and not sure if we consider Princess again.Embarkation

Ship tip
Do NOT book it...too many leaks throughout the ship and vibrations on many floors. Even the Captain Club representative said "You should have booked a NEWER ship"
