Ship was nice. Crew was friendly and efficient. Medallion will be great when the kinks get worked out. As with any cruise I have ben on, people put towels on lounge chairs early and don't use them for hours. Should not be allowed to put a towel on a chair and not use it for 4 hours (sometimes it was longer) People put towels on at 7am and not use it till after 1pm.

We had a great time and our cruise was very enjoyable for each one of our party of 7...we look forward to cruising again as soon as we can manage it. Some of us had cruised with Princess prior and others had cruised on other lines....we all agreed that this was a great cruise...thanks Princess!

I look forward to the next cruise. This was only my second experience, first cruise was 11 years ago. It was relaxing and enjoyable. I do wish there was more entertainment on the ship, but I do appreciate just relaxing and doing nothing. Very little music at the pool was quite disappointing. The cruise director, Angela, was great. The doctor and nurses were so helpful and much appreciated. My dad spent a lot of time there as he got very sick. I was sort of on my own a lot, which is why more entertainment and things to do on the ship would have been nice. All in all, I would do it again.

Overall we enjoyed this cruise. We have done roughly about a 100 cruises over the years on 12 different cruise lines so we can make an educated assessment. The food and entertainment were a little disappointing but we still had a great time. The Medallion system was GREAT. We would do this cruise again but with lower expectations.

Overall it was a very nice cruise with beautiful ports of call.

We had a cabin near the front of the ship. Port side balcony deck 14 was below lido deck but quiet. We had early dining ,5o'clock is to early to get ready on port days.Everywhere you went the staff was always ready to help you. WAS great cruise.

We found the Staff and Crew of the Crown to be extremely helpful and welcoming. The entertainment on this ship had more variety and more options than on any sailing we have had over the past two years (10 cruises). The Encore production show was outstanding as were the contract entertainers. The food was much better than on the Celebrity Cruise we took a month ago. The general ambiance was warm and inviting. Any time dinning was always available and the head men were excellent. Over-all the ship and the on-board experience rated a 5 +

We had a fantastic time on the Crown Princess! So much to do and see. Princess Patter (daily newsletter) provided all the daily times for events and activities. Super friendly staff.

Cruise was very relaxing and ship was not crowded. Older crowd but that was ok. Food is outstanding. Request Waiters Wirat, and Gede. I believe in the Michael Angelo dining room

All in all it was a great cruise. I try to be more positive than negative because I live cruising. We are booked on this ship again in 2020 going to Europe so we are hoping she does get some work done on here before then. Be aware that they have cutout no smoking nights in the casino so if you like the casino and do t smoke you will die just walking in there. ThT was very disappointing for Lot of people. There was a much younger age group with children on this cruise but you never saw the.children which tells me they have a very good children’s program.

Amazing cruise! Itinerary is a must do and we will do it again! Each island has so much to offer! We just hailed a cab at each spot. The only pre-arranged journey we had was Bonaire with the golf carts through Bonaire Cruisers as they sell out. They (Debbie) was easy to work with and you pay when you pick up the golf cart. We like getting off and going with the flow. The taxis are cheap, easy and honestly they are more worried about getting you back with plenty of time that there is no fear of missing the ship.

Terrible Embark and Disembark. Food was a step above other cruises. The International Cafe has a nice variety of quick bite meals 24 hours. Ship was very clean with a great crew. There were Multiple decks to explore and several ways to get to them. We never had a problem finding a nice place to sit inside or out. Casino was very small with not many slots. I wish the ship had a arcade. 1st Princess cruise even with the terrible embark we will sail princess again.

Ship does not handle rough weather so if you are prone to sea sickness this is not the ship for you. If we had. It missed ports we might have felt better about the cruise. Princess have cut back a lot and it’s now noticeable in many areas. Entertainment was poor for an Atlantic crossing.

Good food/Princess internet service poor (we paid for four devices service/24-7)/friendly crew/Crown Princess needs a/c improvements in cabins and theater

It was just ok, it was nice to be with friends. The 3ntertainmet was not that great. Things to do we’re far and few in between. The movies stunk

Selected this cruise as a way back to the US after a bus tour of the British Isles rather that flying.

Over all this has been a fair cruise, but for our next cruise we will return on a Celebrity ship.

It was an enjoyable cruise. Quite a bit of rocking and rolling but the Bay of Biscay and the open ocean are known for that. Part of the experience. I'd happily take this cruise again.

Most of our glitches with this trip were not Princess’s fault. We let them book our air and ended up (pre-cruise) sitting on a plane on the tarmac for 3 hours thus ruining our visit to Paris. All in all, this was probably the worse cruise we have ever been on with all the problems encountered.
