Most of our glitches with this trip were not Princess’s fault. We let them book our air and ended up (pre-cruise) sitting on a plane on the tarmac for 3 hours thus ruining our visit to Paris. All in all, this was probably the worse cruise we have ever been on with all the problems encountered.

Main dining room and buffet had excellent food. We went to Crown room and were extremely disappointed. Food was not cooked as ordered, service was slow - not a good experience

Not much we enjoyed. Part of the problem was the voyage was very rough and the ship was rolling for much of the trip. Outdoor decks were often closed due to rough seas and weather

Comfort, size and cleanliness were fine. Cabin was right above the theater and the music was so loud we could not sleep or watch TV. Tried to get them to move us but failed. They gave us a $300 credit for inconvenience but we were miserable between afternoon practice and nightly shows.
Initial excursion was cancelled due to “no car day” in London. We got to spend only 4 hours in London. Rode the Hop on-Hop bus but we’re unable to see any sights up close
