Great service, entertainment and food...but we are also very disappointed that they cancelled first Ketchikan and later Icy Strait Point. SHAME ON PRINCESS CRUISES!!!

THE EXCURSION TIME ARRIVING TO THE GLACIER AREA WAS ONLY 1 HOUR. WE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO ENJOY THE PLACE AND WALK TO THE FALLS.

The ship arrived late, plus not enough shuttles were available to take the people to downtown Victoria. We have to wait more than 30' under the rain & cold weather. Our plans were put upside down by Crown Princess.
