Review summary

Very disappointed, missed ports, late arrivals due to engine issues. The cruise I ended up on was not the cruise I had signed up for.

Long lines, confusion. Everyone had completed the pre cruise information but it still took at least 20-30 mins to check in each guest.

The food was excellent, the staff was super friendly and liked interacting with guests.

Onboard Activities

Many of the activities centered art buying stuff onboard such as art auctions, jewelry sales etc. There was a naturalist who gave presentations who was good but her talks were always short, only 30 mind

The stage shows were excellent. I would have liked to see more of their performances around the ship, such as the singers in the lounges

Staff were great! There were issues with the ship’s engines which significantly altered our itinerary but the staff handled all the complaints and concerns professionally

I’ve been on several cruises and think the state room on this ship was the best inside room I’ve had. The beds were comfortable and the layout used the space well so it didn’t feel cramped

Thank you for your share. We are scheduled on Crown Princess for Jan 2023 15 day Hawaii. After listening to everyone on the last 2 cruise in Alaska we decided to still go on Princess but changed to Diamond Princess 16 day out of San Diego.

They need to cancel cruises on this ship until it is repaired or move it to 3-4 night cruises to the Bahamas where cruising speed is not an issue.

The sad thing is, is that they have known about their propulsion issues for a whe and continue to deploy these ships. Bad company leaders, bad ship, bad product. Sorry for your crap experience.
