A special cruise to celebrate our mom’s birthday and to see 1 of the 7 wonders of the world with family!! We would cruise on the Coral Princess again, for sure!

Surprised. This is my favorite Princess ship so far. It has most features of the larger ships plus the fabulous Universe Lounge. It is the smallest princess ship I’ve been on. I fear they are planning to replace the Universe Lounge with cabins. If that happens the Coral Princess will become awkward like the Island Princess. I love the layout of the ship with a continuous promenade on one level. The ship was by far the best managed so far. Food service in the mdr’s was great and the food was varied and consistently very good. The wait staff is super well trained. The international cafe, bars and alternative dining were wonderful. I do not like or use buffets so I cannot critique the horizon court. The entertainment was the biggest surprise. The quality of music, shows and other entertainment was really good. One night they flew in one of the top violinists in the world. Unbelievably good. They had so many music venues I never saw them all. The wine events and spa were also very well run. The wine lists were fairly comprehensive. Many of the employees have been with Princess many years. Maintenance activities were continual. The ship has so many viewing places on top. This made for a great scenic cruise.

This cruise/rail tour was a great way to see all that Alaska gas to offer! We lucked out and had gorgeous weather the whole time we were in Alaska (WHAT?) I would do it again!

Loved the cruise and all the experiences on the ship and in port. Glacier bay was beautiful. The days on ship were filled with things to do. Loved Glo our onboard naturalist. Her talks were entertaining and informative. Ate at both Sabbatini's and Bayor Cafe and food was excellent in both. Will definitely take a cruise again.

Views were great to see. Ship and staff not so much. You should see Alaska for the great scenery at least once. The staff look and acted boored and tired. Ship showed it's age.The itinerary was poorly explained and hard to follow. Staging was confusing for the excursions.

Overall this was a great cruise. I have 2 suggestions/concerns. This is the second cruise where there was a strong sewer smell when walking in parts of the ship. I remember this in some room hallways and when passing the section by the explorer's lounge. Not a pleasant smell when on vacation. Also please consider separating seating in venues with people that have scents on and those that don't. My husband and I are very sensitive to strong scents and it ruined some experiences when you are stuck sitting next to someone in a show.

I don't have to say much. We were so impressed we booked another cruise in January. Everything on board was much more than anticipated. We had heard that princess cruises were great. Absolutely

Breathtaking… everywhere was picturesque highly recommend if you are searching for a tranquil getaway.

Cruise scenery was fabulous. We took the extended land tour and liked Fairbanks and gold panning and the boat tour was great. Denali Lodge not great, food not great or the tour to state park was not memorable. Train ride was long and tour guide was annoying and Carlos talked for practacily the entire nine hours which was too much and not relaxing. I would skip the land tour.

Trip of a lifetime! There is so much to see and do that you will want to come back again and again. There is something for everyone of all ages and little chance to be bored. Scenery is breath taking!

Great sightseeing in beautiful state on aged ship with lame entertainment, but great food. And may I add that entertainment on a ship cruising in a cold country is crucial.

Great cruise - I would do it all over again. It was just a wild idea to try Alaska but it was a great place to visit. The weather Gods blessed us on this trip.

Would like to do it again with what we have learned.

First time cruising, and it was nice and more fun than I expected. A nice way to see new places, though timing of certain excursions got a bit tight. Our steward Edgar took VERY good care of us, and the Bordeaux dining room quickly became our favorite venue for breakfast as well as dinner -- very attentive staff. We had an interior room with 3 people, and were amazed at how much storage space we had to unpack our stuff. Wouldn't mind doing this again sometime.

Great trip on board to many ships in port at one time. Going to the small towns was like going to Disney World mid summer, All the excursion we went on were very good but we're out of town, very cool for July but weather was very nice and dry.

Great cruise. Activities are not well presented to people traveling for the first time and doesn't speak fluently the English language which cause some of the activities to become unuseable due to late arrival.

We were out to see Alaska and that we did with first class accomadations that were unsurpassed. The land tour was exciting only to be surpassed by the cruise which was truely an exceptional experience

Overall, glad we took the cruise since Alaska is a special experience, though admittedly we prefer the tropics. We were impressed with the ship and crew. Although we did no excursions on the sea portion of the cruise, we did take a couple of excursions at Denali National Park. The first was simply a ride on a bus into the Park. We saw little wildlife (though we'd come very close to a moose grazing when hiking it the day before), but could have seen anything at any second (it is Alaska, after all) but was an interesting tour that went well above the line that personal vehicles are allowed to go. We also took a flight to the Arctic Circle that I would not recommend. It cost us approximately $1,000 to fly plus $24 to be given the materials to make 2 sandwiches on a bumpy bus ride (if you do it, don't get something sloppy like tuna). Not the fault of Princess or the tour operators, but going to a 75 degree place is something that can be done anywhere. The presentations at Coldfoot and Wiseman pretty much just reinforced what we already knew. Although there were some beautiful scenes visible from the plane, we never saw Denali due to haze from fires in Canada and the temperature in the plane was hot enough that it was hard not to sleep (plus it was 1am when we returned). It was also pretty hot in the cabin where the presentation was given so, again, sleep was pretty likely.

Didn't see as much wildlife I was hoping but the glaciers were great. Cruise was fine, mostly geared towards an older crowd, would have been nice if things were open later (the gym, spa, pools ect. all closed at 10pm, way too early)

We had a really good time! We didn't like how we always felt like the cruise people were always trying to sell us things from snapshots to wine tastings. We were there to relax and had already spent a lot of money to go and didn't like the fact that they were pushing us to spend more. Poor taste.
