Review summary

Views were great to see. Ship and staff not so much. You should see Alaska for the great scenery at least once. The staff look and acted boored and tired. Ship showed it's age.The itinerary was poorly explained and hard to follow. Staging was confusing for the excursions.

Holland America Line, Noordam, was fantastic! My first cruise but I cannot imagine a better one. The ship and crew were wonderful, friendly and acted excited to please.

They have been doing Alaska for a few months. I would think the excursion stagging would be less 'confusing' by now. Hummm!
