We really enjoyred this trip This was the best service we have received on 5 previous trips We will sail Princess again as soon as we can

The ship itself was beautiful, well designed and very well maintained.

We all had a great time on board. We were lucky with the weather and were able to be outside to see all the sights in Glacier Bay and College Fjiord. The naturalist onboard, who spoke over the intercom, was terrible. She just droned on and on and kept repeating herself. She made us want to go inside where we couldn't hear her. The staff and crew were wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to do things for us and to make us comfortable.

This was our 2nd Princess Cruise and I think just about everything was better: staterooms, food, information about our destinations, etc. The entire staff was wonderful. Everybody was so friendly and accommidating. My only complaint (and I felt this way after the first cruise, too) is that I don't believe that there should be a charge for soda and bottled water. Also ridiulous is that there is a charge for ice cream when anyone can go to the dining room and get it for free! I understand that the cruise line has to make money, but I think there is plenty made on alcohol, etc.

I found this to be an Educational & Culturally Entertaining Cruise. I especially enjoyed the Excursions, Comfy Beds & Information provided. Our Steward was phenominal! Just like a wizard! The Extra Cleanliness to prevent Staph Infections/Flu Germs...was much appreciated. The violinists were fabulous! On the other hand, the Food wasn't as good as other cruises. Also-a Repairman appeared on our balcony with no warning (peeking in window while we were undressed!!). I called the supervisor only to have him tell me that "We need to keep ship beautified". Did you ever hear of the courtesy of letting us know ahead of time? The Spa lacked organization (calling us back 6 hours later...) and was ridiculously expensive. A normal shave & a haircut for my son (13) was $52 + tip!!! Lastly, a few snippy customer service reps were uncalled for, but the majority of the service people were a joy! Overall, we found this cruise too be very relaxing & enjoyable with beautiful surroundings in the middle of nowhere! Thanks!

Great - Great service

The Coral Princess was beautiful. Well kept, clean for the most part. Service staff was exemplary, curtious, well kept, clean and friendly. The only thing I wondered at was why there was no staff to man the women's (Men's?)restrooms outside the restaurants, or other area around the ship. They were always messy, water on floor, paper towels on floor, water on counters, etc. Not good. Other than that, my impression of the ship was very good.

The cruise was definately a WOW experience. This was our fisrt time on a cruise. It was fabulous. Beautiful, manificent. The food, dining, area, the crew n all the entertainment was so nice that we never had time to get bored. There was always something to do. One thing I have to say that the Cruise itself was VERY CLEAN. I had heard alot about cruises being dirty. But I was toally impressed with the cruise line. The kids enjoyed the food and their Fun Zone.

A well cared for and newer vessel, Coral Princess is not too big to get overwhelmed, yet big enough that one can find little nooks for privacy and ocean viewing. Excellent condition and maintenance.

This was our third time on the Coral Princess, she is a wonderful ship.

They did a great job, Got on board very Quickly, got our luggage within 1 hour. We had a balcony cabin midships and it waslarge enough and our steward was wonderfull. The restaurants were all great and never had a dish we didn't care for. The ship was easy getting on and off for tours.Even though the tours were more they did a good job.The ship was easy to get around and we loved it.The crew was great and everyone was friendly. Overall a greaty job.by everyone.

My cruise was a very relaxing cruise that I planned. With the help of the good staff members on the Coral Princess.

Short 3 night cruise to nowhere. Testing the new processes and protocols. New medallion app has a few teething issues. Staff found it difficult to locate patrons after ordering on the app.

The first part of the cruise was nice....then it was our trip from hell. The pandemic started a wk after we sailed. Ports turned us away, flights were cancelled. My family was scheduled on 2 different flight at Buenos Aires. My sister and I were able to leave and 2 wk quarantine at home but my son and his wife ended up on the ship for 31 days...plus 2 wk quarantine.....no compensation for Wages lost and stress occured. (48 days till they saw their children).A FCC would have been nice. It took 80 days to get back my prepaid tours...almost $500...my sister still has not received her money. Other cruise lines offer money back or future cruise credit because of missed ports in order to keep their customers happy. I have been on 30 plus cruises. Definitely disappointed in Princess!

We loved the cruise and the weather we encountered at the end of the world. Some of the ports were better than others, but that was expected. It was interesting to learn more about these countries and the struggles they have to put up with.

Interesting itenerary with a nice ship - good layout. Cabins are great and food ok. Lack of high quality enrichment lectures and destination talks must be considered before booking Princess cruises on this type of cruises.

Cruise gave us a great view of South America. Lots of different scenery.

Despite early disappointments with regarding rerouting, Captain Todd McBain did an wonderful job making this a fantastic experience. He arranged an alternative port with great last minute excursions, and a most amazing cruise through Antarctica. We commend him and the entire crew.

The destination and chosen ports of call were the reason we chose Princess. Unfortunately the ship is in dire need of refurbishment
