I was on the Coral in October (2019). No, she is not a new ship. But, the ships are spruced up quite regularly. Not to mention regular maintenance. I found the ship to be pretty awesome. I loved the layout, and the look overall. Of course, if you want to look for negatives, you will find them. I choose to look for positives, and enjoy my cruise.

Maybe you don't realize that the ship was refurbished only one year ago according to Princess.
