Review summary

We all had a great time on board. We were lucky with the weather and were able to be outside to see all the sights in Glacier Bay and College Fjiord. The naturalist onboard, who spoke over the intercom, was terrible. She just droned on and on and kept repeating herself. She made us want to go inside where we couldn't hear her. The staff and crew were wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to do things for us and to make us comfortable.

The only compaint is about the internet. We booked our excursions ahead of time on-line. We only had an option for Adults and Children and were not aware that we did not have to pay for the baby we had with us. We were refunded the money at the end of the cruise, but felt that this should have been made clear at the time of booking.

There should have been a play area for those children under the age of 3. There were a lot of families on board who had babies and toddlers....and no place for them to play.

The Mendenhall Glacier is amazing!!! We also took the whale and wildlife quest boat. Dinner was great at a restaurant near the pier

We did not schedule any excursion with Princess, but once on land we found a 'Duck Tour' and it was wonderful. We had a beautiful day and walked around after the tour. Had a great lunch, bu t don't remember the name of the restaurant.
