Review summary
We all had a great time on board. We were lucky with the weather and were able to be outside to see all the sights in Glacier Bay and College Fjiord. The naturalist onboard, who spoke over the intercom, was terrible. She just droned on and on and kept repeating herself. She made us want to go inside where we couldn't hear her. The staff and crew were wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to do things for us and to make us comfortable.Ship experiences

Pros: Customer service...everyone was so accomidating; Food...it was terrific; Rooms...very comfortable
Cons: The extra charges for things like soda and water. No place for the 'under 3' crowd - we had a 16 month old with us
