I have been on many cruises, this was the most poorly organized ship I have ever been on. This made for many lines, with people pushing, and cutting others off.

Much older and tiny ship. The buffet was the best we've ever had on a cruise. The desserts look great but they all taste terrible lmao.

We loved to sit on the back of the ship on Deck 10 outside of the Buffet. Even if you are not eating, in the evening it is a nice place to enjoy the night air. Deck 11 above the pool deck you will find a little secluded section with plastic chairs witih cushions and couches to get away from the crowds, easy to get up from and enjoy the sun. There is a bar right around the corner for drinks. If it is raining, right next to it they have a little gazebo with a table and cushioned couches, that was lovely to sit during the day. Be sure to check out what dinner themes are being held at the Buffet each night. We ate int he dinning room each night for dinner, but learned on the last night that they had country themes each night upstairs. We went up late one night for a snack and saw that they had Greek night. What a spread they had for that. So don't let the Buffet fall short of your choices for dinner.

Understand who this cruise line's main audience is. Older crowd who enjoy a more laid-back vibe. Not a lot of families with young kids or teenagers.

The Summit is a smaller ship with less passengers. It’s a little older but well-kept, clean and has a great staff.

Honestly, go to the beaches on your own. For example, you can literally take a taxi to Horseshoe Bay beach for a small fraction of what you're charged for the excursion which is only the price of transportation. Beach chairs or umbrellas are extra charges once you get to the beach. Catamaran excursions (Rising Son) are excellent!
