Horrible food: excellent staff: btw: 2nd lobster on lobster night now costs $16.95: lobster was not good…..it was all stingy and not firm. Don’t waste your money!

Service was respectful but mediocre: service was sometimes slow in the dining room in the morning. But our main issue was the food: absolutely horrendous: a large majority of passengers got food poisoning: coffee had weird fizzle going on ( half the time it was cold): overall, staff excellent, but the low quality of food needs to change.
Buffet:
Choices were the same everyday, with lunch choices being the same as dinner choices: all food was of low quality: a waitress confided in us and said “ if you think this food is bad, you should see what we eat in the crew mess”. That tells the whole story!

Ping pong and bag toss does not do it for us. There was nothing for us to do during the daytime.

Cabin steward Esther was amazing: as was Priya, the hostess in the dining room. Most of the waiters we had were fine accept for breakfast, which was slow.

Furniture and rugs throughout the ship were old and outdated, although everything seemed pretty clean. There was a weird smell in some areas of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Inside cabin was larger than expected. It seems to have been updated. Bed was amazing and comfy: large flat screen tv: Esther was very accommodating: toilet were clogged 4 times but was taken care of.
