The parking at Miami port was VERY confusing, the Cruise ship was excellent, Key West was very good, Mexico was Very rude. Overall a great time. Next time take the BUS to the Boat.

Went down the night before stayed at the Hilton,Reduced the travel stress to zero. Got to the dock early, got thru embarkation easily. Parked right across the street, very nice place. Treated great during the entire trip, The customer service skills of Celebrity employees are exceptional.

I was really impressed with the quality and value of this cruise on the Celebrity Summit! The crew was universally helpful and friendly. The food was a cut above what I've been experiencing lately on cruise lines. The ship was very well maintained and modern. I was very pleased and will be cruising Celebrity again!!

WE had a blast and i can not wait to go on celebrity summit again if they do sail to other destinations because of it's size 2,200 passengers , awesome service and wonderful tasty food without forgetting the staff who went above and beyond to make our vacation a number 1.Thank you celebrity summit.

If your budget is tight, get all of your own drinks from the bar, don't use the wait staff or you'll get charged extra gratuities. Look at the onboard itinerary and figure out what you want to do before you board. Because if you don't purchase an internet package and use the wifi for their onship app, you will get bombarded with notifications on your devices with no way to check them out until you get to port. I believe this to be intended to get you to spend more money with them.

I really enjoyed my 5 night cruise, and it was exactly has we imagined - I really appreciated that there was not a lot of "up-selling" while on board (we did already have the premium drink package though) and everyone was wonderfully helpful and friendly

It was a really enjoyable cruise and just long enough. The staff Angie the cruise director and Will activities coordinator do an excellent job keep things lively. However, keep in mind that the whole month of March is spring break somewhere or another so there will be lots of children. I mean the college age people were fine it was just a lot of pre-teen and teen energy running around the ship.

Cruise was what we were looking for. However, booking through Delta Skymiles was not a great experience. We never received our onboard credit.

I had to spend an hour on 2 separate occasions at guest relations. The account tab on my tv was showing I owed $2000 on the first day for things no purchased and others were charged 3 or 4 times each. Will NEVER cruise with Celebrity again.

All activities were started on time, complementary alcoholic drinks are available at selected events.

At 1:30 AM on last night of cruise a group of people tried to break down our door. Called security but they never gave feedback about what they found. Extremely disappointed about this, please have someone call and explain what they found out.not likely to use celebrity again.

Overall cruise was good to excellent. Staff was very friendly and service top quality. Food was good. Lots of options. Only suggestion would like to see more clocks throughout the ship especially in the Solarium area as we left our watches home. Visit to Cozumel was okay as we have been there before. Love Grand Cayman.

$17.50 a day mandatory gratuity charge and still charged extra for gratuity on overpriced drinks.

Dear Celebrity: Positives: Captain Dimitrius and crew flawlessly sailed us through calm shallow seas plus deep-sea elements; docking and maintenance so silent and seamless that no old ladies spilt their tea. We loved the multi-culturalism on board-- both staff and guests!!! Made, our room attendant; Reynaldo, our head waiter with humor and grace I'll never have; Cleyde - asst. waiter who read our minds and brought us what we wanted before we asked; Kanya - the best sommelier and also kind and humble; Buble - a server and bright morning personality who matched the sunrise through the glass panels on deck 10 at the buffet. The Cosmopolitan: This gem of a place, although large and feeding masses, felt so intimate and never failed to treat us like we were their most important diners. Rendezvous Lounge Intimate but filled with even quieter spaces, this venue had the best vibe and music. Oceanview Buffet: A supermarket of every meal from dawn to way after dusk You will not be able to eat all you want. Best place for brekkies. Our suite: We enjoyed the best mattress, linens, room service - and, Made, brought us ice daily before we asked!!! What a sweetie Made is! Negatives: Very few and not about service, only design. The balcony would have been gladly traded for a larger bathroom and shower was too tight/small. Smoking areas on decks 4 & 11 are the worst architectural/apportionment/design ideas on the ship, placing unhealthy (I'm included) smokers in the midst of hundreds of others including kids, people sunning and a running/walking track inches away. I suggest that you expand the deck 4 smoking area to both sides of the ship, with more comfortable seating. Casino: it is obvious why you want casinos, but I'll bet that 90% of your customers don't play But 100% have to negotiate the gauntlet you've created in the walkways through there. Better to add some video games and pinball machines and anything not related to gambling. People will spend money just like in the casino, only it will add a huge entertainment enjoyment element to the casino. Overall Rating: 10 I must give Celebrity a 100% rating because of your resolve to do the right thing every time. Your ship is exceptional in every way. My partner Tessa Izenour accidentally left her tablet in the desk drawer of our room 6031. She filed a lost item report today 02/28/23. We're hoping to get it back. She was on hold for 64 minutes with Celebrity Cruises Customer "Service" got her to a human. We really enjoyed the art in the public space-- photos, watercolors, textile art. Nicely curated! We enjoyed our cruise. We'll sure be back. The ship was clean and the dining areas. The captain and the host director were very personable and funny. Everything was just light and fun. The dining staff were all friendly
