Review summary

Went down the night before stayed at the Hilton,Reduced the travel stress to zero. Got to the dock early, got thru embarkation easily. Parked right across the street, very nice place. Treated great during the entire trip, The customer service skills of Celebrity employees are exceptional.

All the staff were exceptional. Special commendations go to LOBO (Luminae), all the staff at LUMINAE. AJ (butler in Royal Suites), Michael (porter in Royal Suites). The trip trip was made so enjoyable by the staff in the Martini Bar, the Luminae, the Petit Chef. The Command staff were approachable, personable, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Highest ratings possible for Celebrity Summit and all their staff.

Large, impressive, spotless, well organized. Great place.

Ship tip

Go down the night before the cruise and stay at a hotel near the dock. Traffic in Miami is bad, but Rt 95 is miserable thru Daytona (bike week) and if there is a wreck you may be late.

Geez, it was so simple I was shocked. Facial recognition helped a lot for speed. Bags were located easily the entire process was great
