I had to spend an hour on 2 separate occasions at guest relations. The account tab on my tv was showing I owed $2000 on the first day for things no purchased and others were charged 3 or 4 times each. Will NEVER cruise with Celebrity again.

Our room was not cleaned very well. We found a wig from previous guest in the nightstand, paper under the bed, something sticky on table on our balcony.

Getting off the ship was a nightmare!!!! The line was through the casino, the martini bar, a hallway, the renedevous bar, past the elevators back through the rendezvous bar and then the gang plank. The times each group was supposed to depart was not enforced. It was just ridiculous!!! Everyone was complaining and upset about it.
