Review summary

The ship are crew were great, however several of the ports and excursions were lacking.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Quick but the crew seemed a bit disorganized

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was great and our waiter Cedric in the Cosmopolitan room was terrific.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
I would have like a bit more variety

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The shows were fine, however there needs to be more of a piano bar type option at more places on the ship.

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cedric in the dinning room was great

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean and easy to get around.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The room was clean and the additional products were nice, however I am not sure it was worth the extra amount to be Aqua.

Ship tip

Very comfortable cruise without to mass crowds.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

1 out of 5
The excursion when leaving the ship was a total waste of money. The Old San Juan on your own with transfer to the airport was terrible. They drop you off is a bad area where nothing is open or around. We ended up taking a cab to the airport on our own because this was so bad.

Bridgetown, Barbados

1 out of 5
The area was bad and the beach trip was disappointing. Felt like a local metro beach.

Castries, St. Lucia

5 out of 5
Port was nice and the island was fun.

St. John's, Antigua

1 out of 5
The people are rude and the taxi service vendors at port are pushy and everywhere. This was a terrible port.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

5 out of 5
Clean, friendly people and the excursion was great.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

4 out of 5
The port has improved over the years and the city continues to make improvements. The Boss excursion was a lot of fun.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
As mentioned, the Old San Juan on your own transfer to the airport was a total waste of money and I would never recommend the area which had nothing to offer, homeless on the streets and run down.
