Due to problems with ship, problems with Room, and issues with sickness from Food by my wife my experience on this cruise was very disappointing.
Embarkation

Ship had problems we were supposed to leave on 1/17 at 5 PM and we could not leave until 1/18 at 10 PM cutting our cruise short by one day.

Food and Dining

Food in restaurant was less than spectacular and my wife got food poisoning on 1/25 from a meal in the restaurant and was not allowed to leave the room on 1/26 and did not feel well enough to eat or enjoy the last four days of the cruise.
Onboard Activities

In the fitness center the TV's did not work at all and there was little supervision in the fitness center and several pieces of the equipment were in disrepair.
Entertainment

Several of the shows were good and several were not good enjoyed the comedy and several of the singers and didn't enjoy the group singers and dancers.
Service and Staff

Biggest problem was lack of fluent english speaking ship personnel. Also many of personnel didn't act happy or guest friendly. Actually saw two bartenders get in argument while on duty.
Ship Quality

Our room on second floor and to go anywhere we had to go down hallways past rooms blocked by cleaning carts etc. The common areas were clean on board. The three elevators just outside our room were completely remodeled while we were on our cruise creating a very noisy condition in our room during the day each day.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin had odor even clean clothes I returned home with had odor of room. Shower had mold in it and tile floor was dirty. TV did not work properly on whole trip. It was checked three times during the trip but was not fixed.
Ship tip
Understand it is going to be completely renovated make sure this is done before you cruise on the Celebrity Summit
Enjoyed visit took boat and bus tour. Very beautiful. Was supposed to be two days there and only got one because of ship problems causing cruise to be cut short by one day.
