Review summary

We loved the ship, 95% of the staff, tge food and most of the entertainment. Great ports and just the atmosphere is great. But you need to look at some of your staff. The true person comes out when there is a problem. There are the great people and the others. There are a few of the others that you need to purge!

We ate in the dining room, room service or poolside . All excellent except room service food was sometimes cold.

Performers were great except for magician. Poolside music needed to have more of a Carribbean flair.

Our cabin steward was a dud. No personality, not helpful and we needed help as my friend broke her leg onboard, and he never smiled or acted like we were anything more than a bother. Our waitstaff was wonderful, the spa and fitness people great, staff at buffets and bars great.

It was fine. We had trouble when my friend broke her leg and we could not get wheelchair in the room and no larger or accessible rooms available but otherwise ok.

Disembarkation

We had to disembark early and some at the customer care desk were great and others were stinkers. You need to have someone who is experiencing a problem check out these people. True colors come out. Also the immigration person on board could not have been nastier to us. She was not helpful. The immigration people from St. Kitts were fine and the gentleman met us at the ship when we disembarked there and could not have been nicer.
