The ship is all new, beautiful, a lot of space in the rooms, great crew the decoration is just wonderful, everything is perfect I recommend it to you a lot!

Wow...where do I begin? Everything was first class and no detail was spared. My favorite things were the "Ice Martini Bar" which the top of the bar was made of ice. The shows - which if you have seen any Circ De Soliel shows this would compare. The food - everything from the amazing selection at the casual dining with nightly sushi, ice cream bar with over 20 flavors, candy bar which had my fav - sour jelly babies, to the gym which must have had twenty tread mills. In addition, the prices of services were great.

After five previous cruises on NCL, this was our first on a Celebrity ship. The best part of this cruise was the easy embarkation and disembarkation. Fastest ever. Other than this, we will not be sailing Celebrity again for many reasons. The cons far outweighed the pros. The Good: With two notable exceptions, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The cabin was fine, though it clearly needed updating/refurbishment. The entertainment options were good, but always too crowded to fully enjoy. The Grand Lobby/Atrium is not ideal for live music, due to very limited seating. The Bad: Food. Dining options. Dining selections at venues. Here is where NCL stands out in comparison. First, we absolutely despised the assigned seating times for the main dining room ( 6 or 8 pm. each night) and the assigned tables. If only two of you, it is positively unacceptable. Tables are squashed together tightly, such that you will be just inches away from the next diner. The first time, we felt as if we were sitting on the laps of the folks at the next table. We were not the only passengers who felt this way, as we witnessed other couples request to be moved. We enjoy the freestyle dining on NCL, being able to eat dinner whenever we wanted and sitting at tables reasonably spaced. Second, the food quality in the main dining room, and menu selections were quite limited. Lots of seafood. Staff was okay. Thirdly, there was zero disclosure prior to our cruise that the buffet was not a viable option for dinner. If we chose to ignore our "assigned" main dining room seating time, and just dine casually at the buffet, it was woefully inadequate. Pizza and pasta. Every night. If you think pizza is a reasonable dinner five nights a week, then Celebrity is for you. We were told that Celebrity is forcing guests into the speciality restaurants and main dining room, to save on food costs. We were also told that guests WANT to be served and therefore prefer the main dining room. Hmm. The buffet food was regularly cold, tasteless, and poor quality. Cold white rice, cold pasta, cold oatmeal, and so on. It's unfortunate we didn't anticipate the vast difference between NCL and Celebrity prior to booking this cruise. Our fault, relying on a travel agent who raved about the food on Celebrity. Hmm. Fortunately, it was a five day cruise, not seven days or more.

The ship was kept clean and well maintained. It was about half full, so we had no problem getting around. The shows were not crowded at all.

The Cruise was just for us to relax. We stayed in an Aqua class stateroom. We enjoyed the amenities of the room. The Blu restaurant was just outstanding.

Overall it was a great cruise and a relaxing trip. Service was great but the food was disappointing and rooms under the buffet are noisy.

First cruise as a family since our kids were really young. It was a huge success!

Great kids club and staff. Wonderful solarium for adults.

Love Celebrity. Great crew. Great cabin. Food and beverages were great. Need more ships on the west coast.

Everyone in our party had a great time and the food and service exceeded our expectations. Even when one of our party came down with Covid the staff stepped up and treated my Mom with real concern and we are receiving a refund on the days that she was quarantined. Celebrity is even paying for hotel and food expenses while we are staying in Seattle

I found this to be the most scenically beautiful cruise I've ever taken. Every minute there's more beauty. The staff was amazing and took great care of us.

Overall a very good cruise. The “ride” back down to Victoria was a little rough unfortunately

This was my 1st Alaska cruise and I loved every minute of it. Being from FL I expected it to me much colder but the weather was beautiful!

On the whole, I would recommend this Cruise highly to anyone looking for an Alaska cruise vacation. The ship was just the right size for us and the service was excellent. I've been on quite a few post-pandemic cruises and they all seem lacking from their pre-pandemic state. I Will share that I heard veteran Celebrity cruisers say the same about this one.
