We had salad every day for lunch. I missed the cheese station. Breakfast once in the buffet and if was crazy packed! We ate 3 nights in Murano. Service was exemplary! Food was delicious We had great service at Cafe al Bacio and the best cocktails at World Class Bar

The staff in every venue were fabulous. Friendly, helpful. Our room steward was like a ninja cleaning our room! I can't say enough good things about the service at Murano and the World Class Bar

I did not like need right next to the sliding door to the balcony. I felt like I was always having to side step around it

Ship tip

Be kind to the staff! We witnessed some people demanding things and berating the staff. They are all working hard and if you're kind, even when trying to resolve something that is not to your satisfaction, the results are better and faster!
