Points for improvement:
More sea days-to better enjoy ship’s amenities like spa, pool and jacuzzi, relaxing time to dine and chat and meet new friends. Paying for the Spa package will not be maximized when passengers are out most of the time to experience and explore places.
Food choices-
Including Japanese food in the main dining room menu would be highly appreciates like ramen , Vietnamese Pho noodle soup, MORE HOT SOUP DISHES - there are only 2 available. Besides, there are many asian guests are present.
Tour Guides- essential in the appreciation of tour; bombarding with historical facts or info over load is also not healthy. Giving highlights better.
Bringing guests to stores to patronize and listen to unnecessary info is not encouraged.
Excursion package- should be more thought of.
As a whole, the trip though really hectic and tiring ( not enough time to enjoy eating because of early morning activities ) is an eye- opener on enjoying life at its best.

Tour on the Bridge is actually very informative , could have been offered in a lower price to guests besides bringing in guest and sharing actual sights to us does not cost much.

In house performers should choose more fitting production number; Les Miserable and old time favorites were a hit; perhaps, songs and numbers from Bali Hai, Some Enchanted Evening,

The Magic / hypnosis number is not good. I fell as asleep during the program

Accommodating, dependable, knowledgeable on the menu, cheerful, quick and efficient provides more imfo on cruise activities
Arlyn makes you feel comfortable and at home when she converses with guests
Japeth- 4th cook Is very patient in attending to guests; slices meat and informs them of condiments to make food more flavorful.
David - in the main dining room is Mr Congeniality; aLways offers his greetings and info to all guests
Filipina lady in the 14 deck washroom - has pleasant personality
Cruise Director Dan is amazing; Gigi is funny
Capt Nicolas - always VISIBLE, approachable, speaks with authority, warmly of his crew, assuring and affirming on info about the cruise

Get a cruise with More Sea days. Had all taken the short excursions ; early departure and jammed packed activities. There is just so much to see that in between sea days would give guests more time to rest and recharge. This Celebrity Reflection cruise to Western Mediterranean was so tiring. Only had 1 days sea day . Very exhausting and could hardly take advantage of the Spa you paid for. Very hectic schedule
Taxi services in Barcelona- perhaps an office receiving request for larger taxi size maybe available for guests at the PORT.
There were many taxi BUT size for larger groups are important especially in going to pier
