Review summary

I expected a reply to my email which was sent to Celebrity asking for an explanation on an additional charge added to my final emailed bill, this charge was not on the bill I received when leaving the ship. I sent five emails none of Celebrity had the curtsy to reply too and I still have no idea of why you charged me $28. It would have been nice to have received an answer to my query. It seems that they consider it to be an acceptable manner to treat past customers, it’s surprising anybody rebooks with them if this is the way they treat them.

Main Dining room food is excellent. Self Service Cafe food is good but difficult at times to find a seat.

Don't book a Concerige cabin unless you get a good discount not worth the extra cost

Check your Credit Card bill as we had extra charges added after leaving the ship and Celebrity won't informs us of what the charges are for. After sending 5 emailes no response from Customer Service is appalling, shocking and disgraceful

The problem is that once you leave the ship it is extremely difficult to get your statement adjusted. Hope you get an explanation.

Yes, I agree with LT don't let this ruin what seems to be an amazing trip. I feel so fortunate that I will be able to do so regardless. . .sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture.

Is it possible the additional charge was for the last daily gratuity charges or something purchased after they printed the statement you received on the ship? Could it be for a beach / pool towel that was not properly returned by having them scan your card? They should have given you an explanation, but hopefully you enjoyed the cruise and wonderful ports and won’t let $ 28 destroy memories of a great vacation.
