Great itinerary but food quality isn’t very appealing especially desert. The presentation is great but taste really bad - too sweet and packed. Not a lot of selections and quality of meat and fish is not meet any expectations.
Bar service were excellent especially Oceanview cafe.

Cabin attendant did great job clean our room but the headlights on left hand side feel pretty outward since you can’t reach it from bed that you have to stand up to turn it off. Who wants a headlight like that ?

Do not attend captain’s speech - really boring. Never had one so bored like this😟
We saw Fuji San from ship. Also took shore excursion to Hakone and lake Ahi. We found its easy to visit Hakone from Shimizu than an exhausted day trip from Tokyo.
Spend a day in Kyoto but it was bus tour. Might try train next time since it will save you more valuable time. Kyoto is breathtaking! But also super packed. You need more than a day to spend in this lovely city. Osaka is also amazing - we didn’t have time to shop since we visit Osaka castle and Sumiyoshi-Taisha. Definitely needs more time for these great cities.
DIY Kochi castle. Make sure you go early before crowds gets there otherwise you won’t be able to climb or go down the wooden stairs in the castle. Make sure wearing nonskid socks since the stairs are so slippery.
Google map/Apple map doesn’t work in S Korea! Make sure you’ll get maps from tourist center in case you got lost. Walk all the way to fish market, went through tons of small food vendors and stores. Had lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant in a basement. Cook is an old lady in her 80s. The other customer help us placed order. Sit on floor to eat! Great food! Great experience!
Use mobile Suica card for city bus. Went to Goryokaku by bus 5. Lots of cherry trees around this castle. It will be astonishing if we can visit Sakura season.
The little Hirota-Jinja Shrine is breathtaking. Especially the japanese garden across street. We went there early and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Nabuta museum is a must. A-factory is a house sells local products and food but more western style. You can go to fish market, they have some sushi and ramen restaurants in there.
Celebrity gave us a time slot to get off ship but advanced it which is good. Walk to KK bus station( just walk out of pier then walk along the sidewalk on your left hand side. When you almost pass the park the station is there- cross street of the Grand hotel). All the way to Haneda airport terminal 3.
