Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our wait staff and ship personnel were awesome and the higher ups should never forget that they are what makes Celebrity my preferred cruise line

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Overall the ship design is very nice except for the design of the handicap bathroom which spread water all over and was a constant pain

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Our cabin was 8127 and the bathroom had issues with shower water spreading all over the floor . While the bathroom was large, there were no shelves or other storage areas and the sink area was way too small. There were no chairs in the cabin area as there was on our previous suite.

Ship tip

If you have sailed on a Celebrity Cruise before expect that all of the services you may have been used to before may be curtailed back a bit

Our excursion was cancelled due to my wife contacting Covid while on board. We booked this in order to kill time and see the city because our flight was not leaving until 10:30 pm. As a result we spent 14 hours sitting in the airport.

Disembarkation

We were part of the Covid group that had to depart first and it was not very smooth. One of my wife’s luggage was misplaced and we were delayed until they found it

Glad you had a nice cruise overall. Sounds like you were there about same time we were there but we sailed on Princess. I think I got Covid at the airport. Who knows after a cruise ship, excursions, and flying. We were at airport hours too. We sat at Alaska lounge through breakfast and lunch but really nice place if you have to wait hours, as you did.
