The dining room had great staff including Mar and his assistant Erwin. We liked the select dining room choice because some nights we were late for dinner. Mar and Erwin were very attentive, always happy and friendly, answered all of our questions. We thought there were some of the best crew we had the privilege to meet in our 25+ years of cruising.

Excellent shows and entertainment. I think Steve Dana the cruise director's presentation of his ports of call was excellent and enjoyed talking with him throughout the cruise.

Mar, our waiter and Erwin his assistant and Sharaz, head waiter were one of the best teams we have had in the dining room experience in 25+ years of cruising. Our room stewardess, Lanibell was excellent. Elena at shore excursions desk took very good care of us. Captain Leo was always present and greeted and talked to the guests. Very unusual for a captain as they are usually arrogant. Captain Leo set a great example for his crew.

The Captain of the vessel, Leo, was one of the nicest, friendliest, most visible captains we have ever had the pleasure of knowing in over 25 years of cruising. His leadership and example was evident throughout his crew as they were happy, friendly and always excited about their jobs and loyalty to Celebrity.
We did the overnight in Bangkok and thought it was worth every penny. We had an excellent tour guide named Opal, who was very knowledgeable and caring. She really made the excursion fantastic!
We took the trip on the Mekong Delta and was very disappointed. There was a loud obnoxious woman who was missing teeth and hard to understand that kept yelling at the top of her lungs at us. She kept on yelling for us to buy things at the stops by saying "you buy..3 for 5". She sang obnoxious Christmas songs no one could understand. Not very professional.
Excellent tour with Mr. Hoa (Sam) We loved talking with him and he was the best tour guide on this cruise along with the best shore excursion to Hai Phong. I would highly recommend this shore excursion!
Yes, we took the airport transfer along with the city highlights. The tour guide was excellent and we visited very interesting places. Loved Victoria Peak and Stanley Market.
We lost one of our luggage because the luggage tag was ripped off but I might suggest putting an additional sticker ON the luggage with the number and color, so the staff can place it in its proper place with the other luggage in that number category. This would save so much time!
