Review summary

The itinerary was very good.  The weather was less than optimal but he cruise has no control over that part of the vacation.  Food choices were good, but had difficulty with the lay out of the Oceanside Cafe (was too difficult to walk around for all the different choices to be considered).

Our dining room waiter/butler (Ketut) was excellent.  I would rate him 12/10 in attentiveness and hospitality.  Our stateroom attendant was Leticia (3073) and she too was exceptional.  She cared for us as well as our Mother did way back when.

Menu was pretty much the same every day on the 10th floor dining area (Oceanside Cafe). Lay out was not user friendly.

Cabin / Stateroom

The room was comfortable but my only complaint is that the bathroom did not have an electrical outlet in it. There were only 2 outlets int he stateroom and with the number of electric based toys (cell phones, laptops, cameras, etc) passengers carry, more outlets are needed. My wife requires the use of a breathing machine at night and we had to use an industrial extension cord (provided readily by Leticia) in order to power her machine. Also, the mini refrigerator was non functional and had to be replaced during the cruise.

Ship tip

The solarium was very comfortable, warm enough to wear swimwear and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.
