Great Service, but Alaska is ruined by shops

Sail Date: May 22, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Celebrity did a great job; the staff was outstanding; entertainment was very good and food for aqua group was outstanding

the problem is that the locations are so commercialized that takes away the beauty of Alaska

if you like outdoors, i wouldn't take a cruise; but if you have difficulty moving or want to take it easy then i think the cruise is perfect

Ship Quality
room was too cold; heated wasn't working
Food and Dining
but only on Aqua or specialaty restaurats
Service and Staff
Plamen, Xiao (Blu Restaurant) Peter & Kharlo Stateroom
Entertainment
Children's Programs
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Cabin / Stateroom
The room was nice, but the bathroom and the air conditioning was working well
