We really enjoyed our trip but ship is a little dated and 2 of the stops were lacking. The Tuscan Grill specialty restaurant was the worst meal of the cruise. Service was mostly good. Fact that you have to present your card every time you did anything was very annoying.

Our daughter finished college in 3 years, then got a full scholarship for a 3 year Master’s. She finished on time and landed a job 7 weeks after graduation. She wanted to celebrate with a Mediterranean cruise and brought 2 girlfriends. What a celebration! Thanks, Celebrity!

The worst ship. I cruised over 25 cruises with Celebrity’s Solstice class ships & maiden voyage with Edge. Never complained & always we’re looking forward to cruise with them again. This was my first time on Millenia class Infinity. We thought we’re on worst Carnival ship. Ship is very neglected, poor maintenance, many of staff are not trained up to Celebrity’s standards or brought their service habits from other cruise lines starting from very top. Poor quality of food . Celebrity is always taking pride of their food & wine choices, but not on this ship! We got an impression that most of staff ( starting from very top) trying to sabotage this company. Sad...Don’t waste your money on “Infinity” & book any of Solstice class ships or beautiful Edge!

Overall, the cruise was nice but I wasnt as happy with the ports because the ship docks far away from the cities of interest, so you need to spend a lot of time travelling by bus.

This was our first cruise on a M class ship. I was worried after reading the reviews but the interior of the ship is in very very good shape. Some areas they plan to update don't need it and others do. This is based on color scheme. The ship shows little wear in tear in upholstery etc. The bathrooms need a refresh and the ship is in bad need of painting. There is a good bit of rust showing that shouldn't be at this price point. Overall great trip and would sail the ship again before a refresh. Great service

We do like the Millenium class ships. The cabins are better. The lectures were sadly lacking on this Transatlantic. We have always enjoyed them because of the learning experiences. Very poor scheduling of the existing lectures. If this is a harbinger of new cost cutting measures, we will have to reassess cruising.

Highly recommend Celebrity for their entertainment and Concierge/Aqua/Suite Class perks; despite several sea days upon leaving Florida, there was enough to keep us busy on board until we reached land in Portugal and Spain.

Close the damn casino and put in more staterooms and a self laundry. We walked through the casino when it was " busy" and some of the personnel looked bored as hell with no players. Mixed drinks are 20% overpriced. We had a few.

Will definitely to a TA again and will choose Celebrity!

Overall experience was excellent. Atlantic was very calm and smooth. Staff and crew were excellent. Pricing of internet, purchased water, etc were high. Ship is good but needs upgrades.

I was in need of relaxation and getting away and the cruise did that. But Celebrity was the highest rated cruise ship. I was a bit disappointed. Look forward to crusing on the new ship in 2020 with high expectations. Prayfully they will be!

I think I will try Celebrity again but not this ship.

Enjoyable, I would go again without hesitation. It was reasonably priced always better than being at work

Overall, Celebrity was a great cruise line and I would highly recommend it. There are activities for everyone and the food was absolutely delicious.

I had a wonderful time my family complained about a few things but personally Im not sure I would go again if I was hurt like I was this time. Injured my knee at home night before cruise and so being in pain didn't help and relying on someone to get me around was hard.

We enjoyed our trip, would have been nicer if the staff would smile and seem to enjoy having customers. We have been on several cruises and the staff is always happy and wanted to help us anyway possible. I guess this was a short cruise and not worth there effort to make us feel like home.

Was a nice ship and the staff was great. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The only thing is that; it wasn't to comforting when you walk onto the balcony and see rust coming through the paint in quite a few sport.

I’ve cruised a lot, and this was my first time on Celebrity. I wanted to try them out on a short cruise before booking longer cruises to Alaska, Galapagos, and the Mediterranean. Although we paid extra for concierge level, we never felt we got that type of service. Everything that was promised in their brochure didn’t happen. No concierge champagne, fruit, embarkation lunch, etc...we asked about these things and there was always excuses. The ship is in bad condition, and in need of a renovation/dry dock ASAP. Our stateroom was like a bad hotel room...the entertainment was all below average. I guess if you’re just looking to eat a lot and gamble, this would be a good cruise. But if you want good service, food, and accommodations, I would Not recommend this cruise line.

This was a girls getaway for 40-somethings. We just loved it top to bottom. We did a cruise together on a more budget line several years ago, and this was heads and tails above. The music, cafe bacio, special night parties, and great food gave us just the right balance of fun and relaxation.
