Overall, a good budget choice for a cruise, but definitely not for foodies; I would choose a food cruise next time with a more upscale brand. I would also choose a newer ship as this one felt outdated.

Despite the overcast weather and rain for most of the cruise, the other amenities and activities offered by Celebrity made the trip interesting and fun.

Kind of boring. Very clean! Above average food. Excellent service. Not much entertainment.

We were on the ship for Thanksgiving. This was our 2nd holiday cruise, we were disappointed that the ship did not have a holiday vibe. However, every thing else was great. The solarium is the best place on the ship, great hot tubs, bar service and the movie viewing area is the second best in my opinion.

Aquaclass experience was amazing and well worth the cost!

Of the approximate 1800 passengers on board, roughly 60% were English speaking. Of the staff and crew, most did not speak/understand standard English. Had some difficulty understanding the captain or his staff (especially the one giving the presentation on the workings of the ship). However, most of the commercials on the TV selling Celebrity muse/tours were in very clear English.

Great staff and line crew, the rest was pretty ho-hum. Really ticked off about the officers, though.

I enjoyed the experience. The crew was wonderful.

Plenty of entertainment as well as sports contests. There was Trivia at least 4 times a day. Food was quite good. Had lobster the last formal night. Seas were smooth and weather was quit warm.

This was one of our favorite Celebrity cruises. The staff on this ship ? Friendly, helpful, delightful to chat with. Cannot wait for our next cruise next year.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our trip. The extensive itinerary was interesting and kept us busy in port every day. We looked forward to dinner in the dining room every night and the evening show and of course using our drink package for pina cololadas, wine with dinner, morning coffee, and after dinner drinks. We wish Celebrity gave us more information prior to embarkation that would have made life easier planning-wise, like where exactly in the port to meet the ship, when and how to disembark, and when shows were so we could make dinner reservations accordingly. But once all the planning is done and you are on the ship, we had a blast! Would highly recommend Celebrity again!

The Celebrity Infinity cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) to Venice was one of the best itineraries we've been on in the Mediterranean and only had 1 sea day. It's an active itinerary, so don't plan to have much pool deck time unless you don't want to get off the boat at every port. Staff are very friendly, boat is a bit "tired" and needs updating (as of August, 2019). If you like gelato, and who doesn't?, be sure to check out the daily selections of ice cream in the Oceanview Cafe. Flavors like coconut and others were a nice surprise!

It was a wonderful seven days, seeing some interesting historic places. We were able to relax in our room and around the ship, and there was always plenty of entertainment if you wanted to get involved. The shows were first class. As always, the food was exceptional and the service was first class. We loved the excursions which introduced us to each of the ports we visited.

Tough start with all the challenges at the beginning, but Celebrity made up some of the issues as the trip progressed.

Great Cruise! I highly recommend to all travelers. You visit a new different city almost every day.
